We wanted to upgrade our washer and dryer so we decided on a Speed Queen set. We first stopped by Big Sandy’s to talk with their staff. They did not have any knowledge at all on them and kept trying to sell us a set we had just sold that was terrible. After him not listening we started searching for other places that sold them and came across Frazier’s. So happy we did! Tim immediately approached me and gave me some quick information on the differences in the sets that they have. Once I picked them out check out was easy. We live on Buckeye Lake which is 45 minute drive. I was expecting a very large delivery fee. It was only $80.00. The guys that delivered the set called ahead to let me know they were heading our way. What a wonderful hometown store. They have everything you need in appliances and home furnishings. The biggest draw for me is that the sales staff are very knowledgeable about the details of the products they are selling and stand behind them. They deliver and set everything up very professionally. For me, it's not just the item I'm shopping for, it's the experience. I went in shopping for a Speed Queen washer and didn't have to ask any questions. They took the time to explain every detail about the machine, the differences in models, how the machine operates. I was astounded. You don't get this at the Big Box stores. I already have plans to return in the future for any of my appliance needs. This is the only place we will purchase furniture and appliances from, the customer service is outstanding and they let you come in and look without any pressure or bothering you. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and work on all the appliances they sell. The delivery guys today were very nice and careful when moving out the old appliance and moving in the new, I felt like I wanted to do something nice so I tipped them money to get lunch.
