They charged me for items I did not get. They charged my mom for items she did not get. My mom is 78 years old and Deaf The lady that called me back, mocked me that my mom is capable of coming and picking up a gift card for what they owe her. But not capable of coming over and going through the receipt with her. This was six days ago they just called me today I did call the day we purchase the items and I left a detailed message about what we were missing. The person that was left in charge of the store spoke zero English so we couldn’t tell her any of the problems anyway. Unfortunately this was not a great experience because my purchase ended up in the garbage, where it should have been instead of on a shelf. I purchased Grabower Schokoküsse and their consistency should be light and melting in your mouth. These were hard as peanut brittle and so goey that you couldn't chew them. We tried a total of 5 out of a box of 9 and they were clearly old despite what the expiration date might say. Really great addition to Logan with alot of promise! Like other reviewers said, the owner's are very kind and helpful. Right now their selection is heavily eastern European focused (the owner is Russian) but they are taking suggestions on items to bring in. They have a large pantry section as well as frozen food, treats and by the pound meats. Lots of candies and some yummy cakes as well all with free samples!
