I would give it no stars if that were possible. Basically my entire experience with them was awful and their customer service sucks. I ordered Berne union cheer shirts for my daughter on 8/15 then called right after ordering to see when they would be ready since it didn’t say when I placed the order, they said it would be ready by 8/27. 8/27 rolls around I call and the order isn’t ready. Then on 9/3 I called and it still wasn’t ready so I emailed canceling my order, to just go get shirts somewhere else, never got a response so then I think it was 9/14 I called, talked to someone named Chrissy and my order hadn’t been canceled so I told her I wanted to cancel it and wanted a refund and she said ok and took my order number and information. Now on 9/29 I just received my order, with the season more than halfway over and apparently they ignored my multiple requests to cancel my order and I never...

My cousin ordered tux's for her wedding, they came in the week of and all seemed well... until the guys tried them on. Not ONE tux was correct! All the measurements were horribly miscalculated. They took them back and were told the correct ones would be in the day before the wedding by noon for pick up. (Cutting it too close for comfort considering how badly they screwed up the first time!) So they show up at noon the day before..... nope! Now they're not going to be in til the DAY OF the wedding at noon! After a fight, they were offered 50% of their money back. But were still at the mercy of the store to get them in on time and in the correct sizes. Thankfully, they came in correct on the day and it worked out. (Nothing like the last freaking second!) We stopped in here today to get some shirts for our kids while vacationing. Little did we know that everything was custom-made on the spot. Choose your color and style of garment, then choose your logo(s) and BOOM! Custom shirts for everyone! They do have a large selection of pre-printed available as well and a large selection of local school wear to top that off. The owner was in while we were in and was absolutely helpful and polite. He was extremely busy while we were there as well. He printed 9 different shirts for us in between a bunch of other customers while we were there. Top notch products. Top notch service. Local family. Give these folks your money over the mega corporation that shares the parking...
