I order a bouquet of rare flowers that I had at our wedding that cost me $150 on January 4th to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day. My wife was gone at the time they delivered and I called about 10 min after they left to see if I could pick them up or if they could have the delivery person turn around as they were probably still in the neighborhood. They said they wouldn't have the delivery turn around and re-deliver to my house, they also said I could not pick them up that day because they would be closed. I was VERY FRUSTRATED, but then at around 8pm they had the delivery person come to my home and deliver the flowers, along with an apology and a box of chocolates. This was wonderful, the only thing I would have appreciated is that they would have had the person I spoke to on the phone about the re-delivery tell me they would get the flowers to me. Had they said this, no matter the hour I would know they were working on it. In the end I am very satisfied and I think they are very good to their customers. Thanks...

I am from North Carolina, I wanted to send my mother flowers today. I called the flower shop, the girl that answered was very helpful. I chose a bouquet online, and said this is what I want. I wanted to change the vases color, and I changed 1 color of a flower because my mom doesn't like yellow and that bouque had a few yellow flowers in it. I also asked for them to send me a text message and show me a picture of the bouquet before they delivered it. ( my mom doesn't know how to work a computer nor does she own a cell phone) I am 100% a happy customer. They did everything I asked, they were kind and We're not " annoyed" with all the changes I asked for. They fulfilled everything just as they said. The lady delivering the flowers called me and was lost, and couldn't find my moms house. I gave her simple directions and she was at my moms house within 3 minutes. I appreciate that they didn't give up, made a phone call and made sure they got delivered. I will always buy my flowers from the flower shop. Excellent service=...

My favorite flower shop in town! Love every time I can go in and get my wife a bouquet because I know it will be a one of a kind beauty. They're always super polite and try to inquire about anything that would make the bouquet special or would be a special touch for your loved ones

Ignore the reviews of people saying it's not worth the money, they fail to realize that there are different grades of flowers and that the flower shoppe only stocks the highest grades available. I myself was inside browsing for a vase for a mother's day bouquet when a gentleman came in asked for the price of 2 dozen roses. When the cashier answered he proceeded to basically degrade and demean them in a ridiculously rude manner.

Head to Walmart if you want a 20$ bargain bouquet that will start to mold the second day.
