The Cache Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Logan

I love this place so much! However for the last 3-4 times we’ve gone there has been one specific waitress that seems to completely ignore me and my partner. We wait for over 45 minutes just for a new drink after we have finished our first ones. She never checks to see if there’s anything else we need. I understand it can get busy at times but when we see her serving LITERALLY everyone around us and turns her back to us we feel targeted. Please talk with her I know I’ve brought this up before and I don’t want it to be a big deal but last night was the last straw after my partner waited over 25 minutes just to order one shot after she decided to clear their table while they were all still there and very much still drinking/wanting to order. She also lacks to ask if we need anything else after our table/glasses are clearly empty. I come here all the time for karaoke and most people know me as Rue I would love to keep suggesting this place to people but if we keep feeling targeted by her we might have to go elsewhere for karaoke and drinks.

One small thing to just put into what we dealt with last night We got there right before 6pm and our first waitress was very attentive and amazing. Got our food real quick and made sure we were well taken care of. At around 7-7:30 they switched people around to attend different tables and I didn’t get my second drink until about 8:30. My mother in law also had to chase her down just to get my second drink ordered. And after my second drink was done she only waited until there were new people in our group there or when their drinks were done to come check on us (giving the reason on why we feel specifically targeted) I don’t want to assume someone targeting us because we are a queer couple as well but sometimes it does feel that way.

Edit. 10/26/23 As management has tried to handle this situation it still continues. Tonight (10/26/2023) we didn’t get waited on at all by our set waitress Sydney. She was very rude when I asked if we could order some food and then walked away when we said we didn’t have a tab open, so I asked for someone else to serve us. I will still continue to come but Sydney has lost ALL of my respect. I will never want to be waited on her again. Everyone else is phenomenal and amazing and I would tip the whole staff 20$ per person if I could except for her. She has shown me nothing but disrespect and I will admit I gave attitude right back tonight. But I always start with kindness until you cross a line and she definitely crossed it tonight. I also think it’s very disrespectful to talk bad about customers in front of them. Just something we experienced tonight (about me) AND last time we came in with my brother and it was his first time there. Very unprofessional on her part. It is always an occurrence as well. I have not once heard her say anything nice about a customer to her co workers. Just wanted this to be made aware that this is still going...

It was relativly ok. I've been twice and the first time the server was helpful but I wasn't excited about the drink I ordered. The glass was quite dirty, water spots and fingerprints. The second time I went with beer and some shots. Was there with friends. Server was a lot more fun and engaging but also forgot to put drinks in multiple times, leaving some of us waiting to take the shot until they came out. It was a SUPER busy night and stuff happens though. I will be back, looking forward to trying food, and watching the bar improve. Edit: Went back last night and left after an hour of being ignored. Not one server came up to us, except in the end when they mentioned they wouldn't be going upstairs anymore as they were closing it down. But keep in mind we were there wayyyyy before they decided to close down the 6 upstairs tables early. Even though people still wanted to be up there. Another group left also. Also, when you are upstairs and just people watching, you get a lovely view of the servers BSing in the back of house or the kitchen staff milling around as the bar busts a sweat. Oh yeah, and the host said we could sit up there. Literally never experienced anything like this before. 1 gentleman was running back and forth bussing tables, maybe an owner? Kudos to you sir. I've been here a few other times since my first review. Still our favorite bar in the area. Haven't eaten here again, but I feel like the service has been better. Most recently, this week, Eileen (?) was our waitress and she was excellent. Very friendly, and took good care of our large, rowdy group right before closing time. Adding a star to the service rating from my original review thanks to her.

Overall a pretty good experience. Three of us, on a business trip, stopped in recently. We split a couple orders of wings and each had a couple drinks. My Moscow mule was good. The wings were good, but not the best I've ever had. The service was spotty; sometimes they were great, other times we felt forgotten.
