Came in tonight. The front staff was fine. The waiter seemed ok at first. I ordered a margarita asked for it to be “not dressed” AKA no salt if you don’t know this when it is salted the salt goes inside the drink, not just on the outside. When he brought the drink out it was salted. I said I ordered it salted and didn’t want that. He said “oh yeah I saw that.” Hoping I would just be fine with it. He took it back and they just tried to wipe the salt off of it. There was remnants of salt all over the cup and he was only back there for a short minute. I then told him what they had done he tried to say he didn’t know about it. I told him I wanted him to leave the drink there and them to make a new drink and switch it when he came back with the new one because I didn’t trust him or the bartender by now. He brought me a new drink from then on until we left he was very short, not rude but short. I called in to talk to a manager to tell her about the issue because I normally like to work it out before just making a review. She said she instantly knew who I was talking about because he has manipulated customers before trying to convince them to take desserts they didn’t order because he put them in wrong. She also said that “it’s a big deal dumping alcohol in the state of Utah” this is not even remotely true. They just didn’t want to fix their mistake and she was trying to cover for him. She told me next time I have him as a waiter to explain to him why I don’t want it dressed. I have never once had to explain to a waiter why I don’t want my food the way I want it? On top of that our buns were soggy, my chicken was rubbery and my little kids hated their Mac and cheese because it had bread crumbs on it because they think it...
Read moreMy sister was visiting and we decided to order from their website food to pick up. I got the steak sandwich and said I wanted it cooked medium well. It was cooked well done. My husband got the Guacamole Jalapeño burger and asked for it to be cooked well done-it came medium. My sister got the Southwest chicken sandwich and asked for no tomato (as in no tomato slices) and for it to be lettuce wrapped. It was just the chicken breast with the thinnest lettuce draped over the chicken like a cape. The burger had more lettuce than her lettuce wrapped sandwich. In addition everything with tomatoes was taken off. The guacamole, the tomato relish, even the cheese was missing. It was $12.50 for a chicken breast and a cape of lettuce. We called and they said because she said no tomatoes on the app they assumed she wanted everything off. She didn’t ask for no guacamole or no tomato relish, just no tomato slices. They didn’t call to clarify they just assumed no tomato everything. We called to have it refunded and they said we could come back and pick up the guacamole and tomato relish but they wouldn’t refund. We live 20min away from this restaurant. We didn’t want to drive back for toppings. But they refused to refund at first saying they “got it half right”-their words. I stated no it wasn’t half right, getting a chicken breast for $12.50 is not half right. They finally offered a half refund which I still have not received a week later. The girl I talked to on the phone had terrible customer service, idk if it was her first day but it was like talking to a 12 year old who didn’t have common sense. It was full inside the restaurant when we picked up the food so it must be a place you have to order in person at to get...
Read moreI was initially excited to try the Beehive Pub & Grill. My kid and their friends really like it. So I decided to reserve a spot for 19 family members to celebrate our oldest’s college graduation. The experience started out rough when they wouldn’t seat us until everyone was in the building. Ok. I get that. But the last 2 were literally parking. Then we went in and I saw that our group table was split into two tables of 10. Not exactly the combined dinner I was hoping for. Ok. Whatever. Then the food came and my onion rings were barely warm. Same with my husband’s sweet potato fries. And my stepmom’s pot roast. The chicken burger was apparently gross (my son attested to that). My burger had jam in it which was so gross to me. That was on me. I meant to tell them to take it off. But just added to the experience. My husband had to ask for a drink refill. And never had the opportunity to ask for another one. Shouldn’t have to ask in my opinion. Another check against. The water was plentiful however. Refilled 5 times at least. Don’t worry we didn’t take it out on the servers. They were very busy. It was graduation. I get it. This is just my experience. And they don’t get paid enough anyway. But I won’t go back. Helps that it’s 2 hours away. Haha I’m thinking that if it’s a cozy party of 2-4 that the food would come out warm. 🤷🏼♀️ Maybe that’s what should happen. Bring the food out as it’s done. Not ideal but better than cold. I say go at...
