H&M — Local services in Lombard

The staff is rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I asked an employee where a pair of sunglasses were because they were available for store pick up and she gave me attidude. Three employees were in the fitting room working and a girl with a blue wig on rolled her eyes at me in frustration. Talking about customers in front of the customer is unprofessional. I dont work at a store I didnt know that your online items may not be in store due to errors in inventory. Then the girl at check out crumpled my moms dress instead of folding it nicely. These girls are so unprofessional and rude. They took the joy out of shopping in store. They seem to hate their job. But they won't have to worry, with customer service like that, brick and mortar stores will close and they wont have to worry about working at a store they seem to hate so much. I'm super pleased with this H&M. The place was so clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. This place has a large selection to choose from. If you have exactly or something close enough in mind you are looking for, you can quickly go to correct floors get in and out without being lured into the massive inventory on every floor. I love their women's section could spend hours up there. For H&M they honestly have really built out items that for the most part are all high quality and priced relatively what you expect. At first I thought certain items were priced too high but then reading the material and feeling quality, purchasing here is 100% worth it and extremely fairly priced. It is a great go to store....

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff will see there is someone in the queue and will immediately jump on the tills and serve customers. It was... Pretty good. I'd say it was a pleasant experience. Great store of latest fashion clothes. Colorful, trendy and comfortable selection on a variety of quality clothing. Deals when some product go on sale.
