Spirit Halloween — Local services in Lombard

Worst experience at a spirit halloween ive ever been to. I used to work them/manage them. Its october 1st the man behind the register may as well have not been present the line was rediculously long, he took 5 minutes per customer even if they bought a couple things. There was another staff member just sitting at another register not helping, as well as other staff members that could have been running the registers. People were complaining including myself but it was as if they were all deaf and couldnt hear a thing. Never going back to that location if its the last one on earth whoever is responsible for the store either needs to hire more employees or get on the register themselves...or ultimately be fired its unacceptable. Id be embarrassed to have a store...

Got this cute Happy gilmore Jersey, and while I was walking around I turned to fast and Broke a decorative hour glass with it cause it snagged. I just kinda froze about to cry and BETH TO THE RESCUE. She was so kind and nice about the entire situation. She complimented my hair and outfit while cleaning it, I wish there was more I could do for her instead of just buy something from the store. She's a great employee. The rest of the staff was friendly and sweet and they work well together. Brandon and the girl with the long black hair very nice and patient! Sorry for being a pain in yalls buns. But youre very good at your jobs and totally deserve raises...

Went to this location for the first time today. My friend and I were the only customers in the store at the time and after being there a few minutes I realized the male employee was following us everywhere in the store and watching us. He never spoke to us but every aisle we went down he would come down too or he'd stand behind us watching us. It made me extremely uncomfortable and we ended up leaving before we could check out the whole store. We drove 45 minutes to come to this location so it was extremely disappointing. I definitely won't...
