Windsor — Local services in Lombard

I don’t leave 1star reviews unless it’s truly deserved. I understand people and businesses have bad days and that’s ok. But this store gave me a horrible experience 2 separate times and I witnessed them being rude to others as well. I went in for one specific dress and was told it was out of stock- so the hunt for another dress began. Within 10 minutes of my dress hunt I found the exact dress I was told was out of stock. I actually found 4. Maybe honest mistake I looked past it. I was deciding between 2 different shoes and needed to see which would match my accessories best. While in line at checkout i witnessed a young girl trying to purchase a dress she had put on hold. The worker was extremely rude to this child and it was clear she was uncomfortable and just wanted to get the dress and leave. I specifically asked the return policy on both pairs of heels as I knew at least one would need to be returned. I was told BY THE MANAGER both were returnable. It’s very clear management lacks communication. I went back 2 days later and was told the pair of shoes was not returnable, while explaining I had just been there 2 days prior and specifically asked if they were, I was met with a very rude attitude and lots of eye rolling. Ultimately they took the shoes in exchange for a necklace that was less than I had bought the shoes for and I lost out on that money. All in all I can’t discourage shopping at...

I brought my 16 year old cousin in for a nice, relaxing Sunday afternoon girls day. We were shopping for her homecoming dress. She pulled several dresses as she needed one urgently for the following weekend. I had a handful, and so did she. The girl working the fitting rooms (Mariah) let me go in the fitting room with her to help try things on, but then proceeded to rush us while we were in there, also telling us if we wanted to bring in more dresses or take any more dresses out, that we would have to go get back in line. She then told us we only had 5 minutes left in the fitting room, when we had not been in there for very long at all. What’s the point of going shopping to try clothes on in person (especially for a special occasion) if you’re just going to be rushed out of the fitting rooms/shop?????

It was very unfortunate, as we were excited to spend time together as she tried on dresses, and we felt this tainted our experience. I informed the lady at check out that I didn’t even bother trying the dress I wanted to try on for a wedding, and that we had a VERY unpleasant experience, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. As a wedding vendor, I understand the importance of referrals and reviews, and I would NOT recommend trying dresses...

Went in Friday to do a return & also looked for dresses I asked for a fitting room and Leslie looked very moody as if it bothered her, when I was rung up Rachel attended me & she was actually such a sweetheart, loved her vibe & outgoing personality! Today morning I made another trip to this location to actually return the dress for one I seen online & Leslie rung me up and gave me attitude when she told me my dress was nom returnable. I asked if they were atleast able to give me store credit because they never told me or explained that the first dress i had purchased was non refundable and she said there was supposed to be a tag on the dress that indicated it but I looked for it as she told me and found nothing but the price tag.
