Express — Local services in Lone Tree

Love Express. There is an emoyee by the name of Gay who works her butt off at this store. She is the nicest woman with the best customer service skills you will probably ever find in retail! She's so personable too. I shop here often and also shop on the website as the website often has clothes that can't be found in stores. There is a manager here with curly hair and glasses and she seemed personally offended when I tried to return a sweater I bought online. She asked if there was anything wrong with it, I told her there wasn't and that it's just always hard to know how things will fit when buying online. She asked again what was wrong with it and then went on to hint that they have that sweater in stores and basically made it seem like I was stupid for buying it online. She kept trying to convince me not to return it and acted personally offended when I told her I didn't want it and that I didn't like the way it fit me. This really confused me as I've never had an issue with any employee here before. Are the employees/managers on commission as to the sales and returns they get during heir shifts? Perhaps some customer service training is needed asap. Not how you treat a customer, and a frequent...

I visited yesterday to redeem gift cards and to my surprise there was a weekend long store wide 1/2 off sale for Easter! Of course this meant I was able to take home much more than anticipated. Everyone was in a great mood, the store was kept clean and tidy, and every person I asked for help went above and beyond. I had a great time discovering my perfect fit, updating my style, and preparing for the new season. Express creates an inclusive and fun environment, provides timeless pieces for a wardrobe with longevity, and offers a truer to size fit than many retailers.
