I just left after trying to exchange a geek bar I purchased yesterday. When I bought the vape, the guy at the counter said it was their last shipment and they marked up the cost by 5 bucks. No biggie overall. I pick out the more expensive one, checkout and go on my way. Guy at the register was a round dude, goatee and brown hair

Now I come here regularly. Once a week or every other, buy a vape and some mambas candy😂. Every time I leave they say keep the receipt so if you have any problems you can come in and return or exchange it.

So after buying my vape,I have noticed over the past 24 hours, it's been burning my throat and making me cough. I go to return it, and the kid at the register (the guy that checked me out was there standing next to the guy I was talking to) asks to try it and then says he thinks it's fine so he is returning it. I reiterate that when I bought it, it tasted fine but then over the last day has started burning my throat and making me cough. He then alluded to being unable to exchange it because people have been scamming them and implying that's what I was doing.

I come in regularly. I like the guy that runs it, he is really funny and nice, he looks like the kinda dude that owns a sick guitar. I bought a very accident resistant alien bong from this place. I like the vibe.

What I don't like being subtly accused of scamming the joint when I feel like I was sold a faulty product on accident and like any loyal customer would, would try to exchange it.. the kid didn't even look at my receipt that had yesterday's date on it. I came in with the box...
