Urban Outfitters — Local services in Lone Tree

I have always LOVED Urban Outfitters, but I took a trip to the Park Meadows Mall for my birthday and the staff completely disrespected my friends and I. I have been to UO in this mall before without trouble, but this time the staff were whispering about us, pointing at us, and not trying to be discrete about it at all. They would circle us, follow us around, and tried to get us to confess about shoplifting when we had paid for all our items. They never left us in our privacy whether it was waiting outside of our dressing room or following us around or just simply watching us. We are three teenage girls who fit the description of a shoplifter, I understand that. But simply keeping an eye on people is much different than invading their privacy and making it obvious that you want them gone. This unpleasant event made us realize that UO has nice clothes, but shopping there isn't worth it if the staff is going to disrespect...

UO has the cutest clothes, I love the style and atmosphere very much! Despite the amazing clothes, unfortunately a majority of the staff was COMPLETE opposite. Only about 2 out of the 7 associates I saw were semi-nice to me as I shopped. One female associate working at the fitting room was incredibly snotty, gave dirty looks, slammed the door when she led me to the fitting room, and just down right rude. The other rude employees gave dirty looks, and didn’t even ask if my shopping was going okay/ if I needed help or not.
