Los Altos Optometrist Group is a truly amazing place!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! I used to go to a different provider but I read the great reviews about this other place and decided to try it. The reviews were accurate, this place is fantastic! I called them to make an appointment for my annual eye check up plus I needed new frames plus I needed more contact lenses. From the first call I made I found really friendly and helpful staff (thanks Celine!) and then when I got to my appointment everyone was so professional! Dr Neufeld was great and explained me everything in great detail. We discussed a few concerns I had, including emergency situations, and he gave me so much peace and comfort. I felt I was in good hands during the entire process. Ali was the best eyewear consultant I’ve ever met (and I have lived in three different countries and I have been to quite a few opticians). She helped me get the perfect frames for my face and eyes shape. I couldn’t be happier with the frames she helped me choose! The entire team made me have the best experience ever at an optician’s. I was running out of contact lenses so I asked Celine if she could give me some complementary ones until my appointment came, and she was super helpful in finding exactly what I needed to keep me going till my new contact lenses arrived! I cannot recommend Los Altos Optometric Group enough. I first saw them for an emergency appointment back in March while just visiting the Bay Area, and their team went above and beyond to fit me in the very next day. From that first visit, I was impressed. Dr. Tran not only diagnosed an issue I had been suffering with for a while, but he also followed up the next day with an email to check on me. He gave me clear guidance and next steps. As someone who wasn't even his regular patient yet, this truly meant the world.

Since then, I've moved to the area and returned for my persistent dry eye issues. The quality of care has been consistently exceptional. Dr. Tran has gone out of his way to help me, even ensuring he had special equipment and samples of new drops for my visits.
