In truth is that I didn't want to leave the employees of this 7-Eleven 1 Star. I didn't want to give them a star at all for causing me great physical and mental pain, injuries, and anguish back in or about May, 2022, after a "very, very, very, very mean" (as one Reviewer put it) Indian female employee attempted to short me on the money I paid for items I wanted to purchased (which happened to another Reviewer). When I merely argued (without a raised voice or profanity) that I gave her the correct amount, she assaulted me and after I tried to stop her from doing it again she caused me to be assaulted by her male friend standing nereby. I successfully sued this 7-Eleven earlier this year by settling my case with them, so I am supremely surprised they have not wised up to stop the madness there and I wonder why they are still in business (as another Reviewer is). I am glad to know I am not alone in feeling this way after reading this store's horrible reviews of which the owner of this 7-Eleven always replied with how he/she is "sorry" to hear about the situation and striving to fix what's happening, but does not fix and has not fixed these problems in the years this has been going on. Read moreI was treated horribly at your store on 9/9 at 230pm just for loading money onto a cash card. First the woman claimed that the owner didn't want to load cashapp cards despite being listed with cashapp to do it. Then after arguing about it for 5 minutes she finally did it, claiming I was harassing her and that her boss would charge her for it. I had walked 5 blocks in 90 degree heat to do do business with this. After she loaded the card she told me not to come back and that they had the right to refuse service to anyone. Next time going to film it and if they refuse to load the card I'll bring a lawsuit under the Unruh act. I'm sure the owner will love paying me $4k per offense minimum punitive damages.
