Best Auto park — Local services in Los Angeles

I parked and noticed that there was no parking person to give me my park ticket. I bought food at the Little Tokyo Market Place. The cashier asked me if I needed parking validation and I said no because there was no parking person at the parking lot. Once I was inside my car a security officer locked both gates locking me in. At 10:35p the security officer informed me that if I wanted the gate open I had to walk to the parking building and pay the cashier $20. I told him that I will pay but that he could not talk to me with an attitude. I telephoned and spoke to Best Auto Park's manager and a man said I had to pay. He was upset that I was questioning that there was no parking sign. He even spelled out both first and last names and encouraged me to sue. Then he began questioning me what was my name. Last, he asked me for my last name and I refused. I told him that I was a customer. His voice changed complaining that I did not give him my last name. I told him that it was not fair and that I was going to complaint to the city. The cashier refused to give me his name. I paid them $20 to get my car out. Arrived at Little Tokyo Market parking lot adjacent to the store. I asked the parking attendant how much it cost to park. He replied, this is not public parking. I asked, is it for the grocery store. He told me, "no." I asked isn't this for the grocery store again and he replied, this isn't public parking. I said yes I understand that but it's it for the store. He said no. Even though I saw him handing passes to people coming and going to the store. So I asked the female employee why I can't park here if I'm going to the store she said hold on. Went to talk to the male employee and came back saying you want to park her and go to the festival. I said I never said that. I said can I park here for the store. Bad service lying management and security mall cops that think they’re in a war zone weird . I got there with my mom been to this place for about 23 /24 years now as I’m a local born and raised , it was raining and we parked outside as we always do and their was no parking attendant giving out pinch card they were all under the structure not even bothered staring at us. No ticket nothing so we came back an 1 40 mins later 10 mins over the time we were willing to pay he came up to us like we commuted a crime that we could get our car towed very angry with his life I guess but he confronted is in a very rude disrespectful way questioning my education not to be mean but look where your at . I hope his manager if he really is one Sammy can get him some classes on how to de escalate a situation instead of talking crap and calling his back up like a coward.I guess this is an on going problem at this location with a fake manager named Sammy .
