We bought a neck pillow at the brook stone 15 min prior to our flight. We found out that we didn’t need it and went to return it. Ok bare in mind: 15min. The manager Nathaniel would not let return the product bc it’s a personal item. The receipt itself says if you are not satisfactory with our product feel free to return or exchange within 30 days. It’s been 15min. If it is in your policy why isn’t it on the receipt? The manager Nathaniel then led us to the cashier counter to look at their non-refundable and final sales policy. Who reads that subtle, tainted white colored piece of paper under so much stress when you are at the airport? Customers usually uses the receipt as our proof of purchase and as a standard for any company’s return policy. I have never felt so unsatisfied at a brook stone.
