I've been at Centrl Office for around 6 months now and love it! Definitely my favorite coworking establishment of the handful I've been a member of over the past few years. The space: beautiful and functional. Spacious, plenty of outlets, and some very nice skyline views of downtown LA. The decor is modern, stylish, and functional. It feels good to work here. The staff: friendly and helpful. Sam and Carmen are great! The members: there's a nice mix right now. Some tech, some design, some VCs, some in marketing. The neighborhood: Right in the heart of Little Tokyo, which is in my opinion is one of the nicest neighborhoods in DTLA, and I say that as a downtown resident of 10 years. Tons of lunch options within a block, and it's a short walk to the Historic Core and Arts District.

I was introduced to CENTRL Office by a friend and immediately fell in love on my first visit! The new adjustable height desks, draft beer, well-decorated space (oh the wood the wood), not to mention the amazing view of DTLA and the convenient location of Little Tokyo with tons of lunch places... it's everything I've been dreaming of for a high-end and professional coworking setting. The office managers Carmen and Dillin are super friendly - they really know how to make their visitors feel like home. Been telling all my entrepreneur friends about it!

I have been trying co-working spaces around DTLA and Centrl office is my most favorite. I really like an overlooking DTLA ambience, background music choice that is perfectly volumed. I can focus and always get my work done here! The location in Little Tokyo is very convenient to go grasp foods and boba for lunch.

The view is great, but as a workspace, it kind of sucks. Not enough phone booths, only 2 per floor, good luck trying to find one when you need one. I have had to take more phone calls in the building's stairwell than in a phone booth. If you go to a WeWork (just as an example of a competing office/co-working space) they genuinely have 16 per floor, huge difference in being able to get one when you need it. Because of this, people are constantly taking calls and holding meetings in the common area, meaning the common area is full of people talking and presenting on Zoom meetings. Earplugs or headphones are super required to keep your sanity. Another small annoyance, some of the power outlets on desks aren't functional, and you won't notice until you need it and are already setup on that desk. You have to test them before you get settled into your spot, or have to move everything over on short notice in the middle of the day. Also, I'm not against dogs in general, and if you want to have a pet corner in your dedicated office, go nuts, sounds like a cool addition to a room. But having a dog suddenly appear until your table in the open common area, licking your legs, no leash, unsure who even owns them, is not really my idea of a focused workspace. Kind of hard to ignore or not get derailed. Additionally, the price on the website fails to mention notable fees that you'll be quietly charged on your invoice, the checkout page shows me one total, but I got billed a completely different price on the invoice. Customer service wise, I've seen two people work the reception desk (unsure how big the reception team is in total). One of them is nice and friendly and helpful, all around pleasant to be around. The other looks like they would rather be dead and doesn't show interest in any question you ask, and isn't interested in helping you. Lastly, I'm going to shame the business on this here, but a ton of the reviews on here are clearly either fake or paid reviews, take a look yourself, they don't mention anything at all about office space or co-working, they talk about roofing tiles and all give 5 stars. Doesn't exactly build confidence in...

This place is great! Staff are super friendly and always accessible. The location is amazing with two stories and sweeping views of downtown via floor to ceiling windows on the top floor. Really infuses you with positive energy. The design aesthetic is on point...super clean and modern/minimalistic with nice soft touches. I almost don't want to write this review for fear of the secret getting out. Rarely crowded like some other spaces I have been to where you are often elbow to elbow with somebody is eating a vinegary salad. Wifi has never failed me and there is free kombucha and beer most days. Located in Little Tokyo so ample access to tons of food options that lean Japanese. Parking is available at various pay lots...street parking is generally not a great option unless you are just stopping in for a minute. In the time of Covid they have done a good job of distancing the shared spaces, cleaning the surfaces, and supplying ample sanitizer and wipes for you to do what you need to do to make yourself. Definitely feel like I've lucked out by finding this place. Hope the word doesn't...

I’ve had the chance to work at the CENTRL workspace a few times now and they are amazing! The rooms are super bright and airy, and there are tons of large meeting spaces to use. I really like that the desks can be raised and lowered, and the chairs are very comfortable. They have a great selection of local coffees and teas from a specialty Portland tea company, along with the option of using oat milk which is my favorite!

The people that work there are super nice and helpful, and there are even events that are held, such as yoga and beer tasting!

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Little Tokyo. It’s basically across from the cute little Tokyo plaza. Within walking distance there are at least four Boba places (I’m obsessed with boba) and so much good food, including the awesome Gen sushi šŸ£

Highly recommend the...
