Flow PC — Local services in Los Angeles

PLEASE READ!!! I been gaming on PC majority of my life and I never really experienced what it is like to have a "good" PC I usually just got used to the freezing and low frames so I stuck to low spec games and if I played other games like maybe Rust or Apex Legends, and even Warzone. I would literally freeze when alt tabbing or like I'd have to restart my PC before I could play them, just unnecessary stuff. But today I really wanted to change that and I called them, they took me in and helped me out, and ill mention it was supposed to be Paul's lunch but he just said come by, he made his schedule flexible to accommodate me coming in at my own convenience than coming in during LA after work traffic hours. Very fast responses as well on text I must say and helped me find parking. Before this I told him about my PC issues and he stated it was my graphics card, when he said which one he would set me up with. I searched the name and NO KIDDING it actually matched the price online that you would get it for which blew my mind. I would think they would charge maybe a lot or a little extra but man that was amazing to see. Anyways they took me in, VERY friendly guys and Paul answered any questions I had and just gave me not unnecessary recommendations like getting your car's oil change done and getting all the unnecessary recommendations but actual good ones and the funny thing is, everything he recommended they had in stock. I got a new graphics card, 2 sticks of Ram and new fans. They just knew how to digest every issue with my PC and now it is an actual beast. I can believe now that I'm playing games at 120+ FPS when I couldn't even get them past 30. ITS INSANE!!! To also mention, I can freaken alt tab and do other things while that game runs in the background or other monitor w/o my PC pooping itself or crashing. I really do please recommend you go to these guys for any PC issues. They have great pricing on what they give you and amazing suggestions and with each suggestion they tell you the WHY you should and not that you should just get it. They aren't there to just make money they are there to make great relationships with the customer and for sure a returning customer. Thank you so much Paul and I wish I got his partners name but the partner he works with is amazing as well. After weeks of researching specific components and prices, I felt knowledgeable enough to make a purchase with the budget of ~$2,000 USD. I knew what components I would like to have in a PC, but as a complete novice, could not build the PC myself.

I was held back from buying a pre-built or customized PC from ibuypower, cyberpowerpc, or NZXT by the alarming number of negative reviews. The last thing I wanted was to spend thousands of dollars for customer service and shipping headaches.

Thankfully, I found Paul and Joseph at Flow PC. I would never consider buying a PC from any other retailer ever again. Here is why:

They have the best prices. I saved a few hundred dollars shopping here.

They build computers they would use THEMSELVES, not what makes the most profit. They build with love!

If something goes wrong, you can call/text Paul directly. (He FaceTimed me minutes after hearing of a small technical issue I was having. He solved the issue in a matter of minutes.)

Paul and Joseph seem like charming, intelligent, and honest dudes who seem like they just want to share their love of PCs.

Purchased an i9-10850k RTX 3070 build. EXTREMELY impressed all around. I was in contact with Paul the entire time, and he constantly went above and beyond. I'll give a few examples.

VERY communicative. Any question I had he answered, and quick. Even after picking up the PC I had a dumb situation of my own doing I needed help with. He straight up called and walked through the entire situation until it was fixed. Humble, kind, and had obviously been building PCs for years.

When picking up the PC we walked through everything. Plugged it into a monitor, took the back panel off to look at the cable management. EVERYTHING. He even went out of his way and swapped some cables from black to white to match my white case. Pretty sure he wasn't going to say anything, just so happened I was pointing it all out.

The PC itself runs phenomenally. Under stress for a duration it is quiet and the temps don't get out of the 60's. Cables/cable management is great. RGB looks fantastic. All the parts are 100% brand new. Left with the boxes of the parts installed.

Overall 10/10. Literally couldn't ask anymore or for anything. And all for prices that are pretty uncommon in the current market. Recommending FlowPC to my friends right now. If I'm on the market for a desktop in the future I know who I'm...
