Cleopatra Medical Aesthetics — Local services in Los Angeles

This review is longgggg overdue. I've been receiving services for years now. Things are ever changing as my skin and my needs change. I first came to Cleopatra for help with my acne. And as you can see from the photos it was pretty bad. I tried the cleansing products, lasers, facials, injections. Honestly, there was no quick fix and I still get flares now and then but they're much more manageable and I know that if things get worse, I have a reliable place to go back for maintenance treatments. My favorite treatment for acne has been Agnes which uses radiofrequency to destroy the gland/pore. So in the places I have the Agnes used, I haven't gotten another pimple.

Now scarring and pigmentation: the ugly reminder that you used to have acne. I've done chemical peels, lasers, Lytera, eCO2, microneedling. The whole nine yards. For me, I think I saw the best results with the deep scarring from using the eCO2 laser that works to resurface the skin. And a series of microneedling treatments that improves overall texture and smooths things out. And lots of sunscreen to prevent the redness and pigmentation from getting worse.

Most recently, I've decided to do some CoolSculpting to help me get rid of some of the weight I've gain since restarting school. They made it as comfortable a procedure as possible so it was really easy.

All in all, there are a multitude of reasons I keep coming back here. I lived across the country for a few years and overseas for another couple of years and I still made the effort to come here when I was back home in LA for the holidays. The ladies here are so knowledgeable and nice. They will go out of their way to make things as comfortable as easy as possible. They are so accommodating. There were a few times that I was frustrated with them, especially when I was dealing with the acne and scarring but they could not be more understanding. They really went out of their way to work with me and make sure I was satisfied. They followed up with me so many times to check on my progress. I get that no clinic is perfect and that everyone can respond differently to the same service. So the fact that they don't try to blame me or just pretend it has nothing to do with them is a huge huge reason why I stay loyal. They are also really honest. I have never felt pushed into a service. They give me the information and their recommendations and let me make the decision. They've also dissuaded me from receiving treatment when they thought it was unnecessary. In a world where every customer is just a dollar sign to most businesses, it is really refreshing to be treated this way.

Lastly, their prices are really competitive. Especially for the services they offer. I know I've received a lot of services but probably would've paid double or triple for some of the procedures that I've had done at other places. I gotten microneedling in the east coast and they charged triple what I paid here, and had none of the aftercare and comfort they provide at Cleopatra. And I post the picture of the CoolSculpting machine to let people know they only use real company branded products, including that for fillers and Botox, not any of the fake stuff that can be floating around! So if you go elsewhere, make sure to check that they use real stuff!

Anyways, whether you're looking for a quick treatment or hoping for a place that comprehensively meets a wide variety of aesthetic needs, I highly recommend them. I hope they stay open for a longggg time so I always know I can go...

I don't normally leave reviews, but I genuinely want this place to be known more so that more people like me can have a chance at clear skin.

I had clear skin up until I went to high school, then I've had worsening flares of both small whiteheads, blackheads, large painful under-the-skin cyst acne that would travel along my temples, cheeks, nose, chin, you name it. Over 10 years of cheap+expensive skin care, laser treatments, topical cream, prescription antibiotics, I was ready to give up until I found Cleopatra Clinic.

The entire staff (Doctor who did a short consultation via video call, nurses, counselor, and receptionist) are extremely professional, lind, and approachable. They recommended me to have the Agnes laser treatment with 2 follow up facials. The price was very reasonable (some places I've been to asks for 4 times the amount), and do not worry if you think "cheaper = less quality". I've only done 2 Agnes laser treatments, and look at my before and after photos!! There has never been a time when my skin felt smooth with no bumps. Those who have acne are so used to feeling and seeing the bumps when washing your face. Now every time I wash my face it feels soo smooth!! Agnes really works and you never get acne on the areas that have recurring acne.

The nurses who did my treatments are amazing. They are so meticulous with their precision skills, and explains to me all the steps as they go. They also go above and beyond what is in your treatment program, tailoring to your specific needs! You will understand what I mean once you meet them. They truly care for you and work to give you better skin.

I will continue to visit Cleo to now remove my acne marks and improve overall skin! This is the place to go for any skin concerns. I truly, highly recommend all acne...

I had issues with texture and redness under my chin, persistent acne scars that won’t fade, and some fat under my chin, so I went to 3 med spas in Koreatown to see what I’d get recommended. I chose Cleopatra because the package prices and recommended treatments were great. Unlike other establishments where they have multiple treatments of the same thing, what I was recommended were single treatments paired with something else. Ex: Pixel 8 + Agnes. This made the cost better for me. Chloe sometimes tosses in some other perks, like free facial or very high quality serum.

I appreciate Chloe’s honesty. I originally wanted Sculptura for my cheeks bc another clinic recommended it, but she told me they stopped using it on patients bc the microplastic seed that’s injected in Scultura ends up staying in you for life, and she’s seen negative long term consequences from it. Instead, she recommended Ultherapy plus a small amount of filler in the cheeks afterwards, and I love that plan.

So far, I’ve done one round of Pixel 8, Agnes, PRP, and Ultherapy. The nurses are amazing!! All of them do these treatments multiple times every day for 10+ years, so they’re highly skilled.

I highly recommend doing Ultherapy at Cleopatra. They properly numbed my face with numbing cream, had me take a Tylenol and advil, and gave me a machine to distract myself with during the treatment. Anyone who has done Ultherapy knows that it HURTS. I have high pain tolerance and this is 10/10 pain. But their pain management is so good that...
