I am absolutely outraged and deeply disappointed with the treatment I’ve received from the pharmacy staff at this location. For years, I’ve experienced consistent delays—especially at the drive-thru—despite my prescriptions being ready. I’ve been told to park and wait for hours, even when my medications are confirmed as available. This is not a one-time issue—it has become a persistent pattern.

What’s even more disturbing is the blatant discrimination against customers on Medi-Cal. I’ve seen firsthand how patients with private insurance are prioritized, while those on Medi-Cal, like myself, are made to wait significantly longer for no justifiable reason. It feels dehumanizing and discriminatory.

On one occasion, I was even told they misplaced my prescription and that they were too busy to call another CVS to help me. That level of carelessness is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy that people rely on for critical health needs.

The two main pharmacists at this location have consistently failed to provide fair and respectful service. CVS needs to take action—these individuals should be replaced with professionals who treat all customers equally and with the urgency they deserve.

If this discrimination continues, I will not hesitate to report this situation to the Eyewitness News media and consult legal counsel. I’m done being ignored...

Today, I had the pleasure of picking up my prescription from what I can confidently call the most outstanding pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for—not just as a customer, but as a human being.

The pharmacist was nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail went far beyond the standard. They took the time to explain everything with such clarity and patience that I left not only with my medication, but with total peace of mind.

It’s rare these days to encounter service that truly exceeds expectations, but this pharmacy delivers just that—consistently and sincerely. The care, the kindness, and the sense of trust they inspire are absolutely unmatched.

Spent 28 dollars and the guy at the cash register refused to let me use the bathroom. He, along with another staff member, insisted that it was "closed." They had a key to it but wouldn't let me use it.

They directed me to a Chinese restaurant across the street which was a pretty ridiculous proposition considering that CVS had a fully functional bathroom and I wasn't a customer at the Panda Bowl.

When I asked if I could leave my car in the lot for a minute while I went across the street to use the bathroom, the response was "No. We'll tow your car."
