The door alarm went off twice as I left the store. The staff should have checked more thoroughly because a sensor was still attached to the dress I bought. I had to take her another Lyft to go have it removed the next day. Which means I had to spend an extra approx $60 on Lyfts since its far from my home. I couldve bought another dress for that money. They gave me a 20% off coupon in return which doesnt really make up for the cost and hassle. I like to get things done right the first time. The customer service can use improvement, their attitude felt like pity. It didn't feel like they cared, it felt I was laughed at or pitied. It didnt feel like they really supported me. Today I walked in unsure of what I really wanted until I saw the kegel weights and wasn't confident which was best for me and also wasn't interested in spending too much on something I might not use often. I wish I remembered the woman's name because she was so helpful in explaining the difference between the more affordable ones that were actually my favorite brand vs the ones that cost a little more but had variety and were potentially more comfortable based on the design. She didn't push me to spend more and I nearly bought the cheaper ones but then I was like.. no she's right. I took her recommendation because I'd rather spend more and be happy with my purchase. She really helped me make an informed purchase. I also appreciate how I was able to walk around the entire store from start to finish before she approached me again. Perfect...
