I was pretty confident about the shop first cuz I saw the covering photos of the nail design which is really aesthetic and detailed(maybe is the staff from this salon, idk but definitely not who did my nails). Before beginning working on my nail, everything is fine, like the interior of the shop is clean. So someone did my toenails, is spa pedicure service, she did very quickly, like 10min for everything including polish. It’s enough for the price I think(28$). I show them the photo of the nail I want which is a French style design, an old lady who did my hand told me to pick the color myself, and I picked two similar color, later I found out the color she painted is not even, they told me that’s because the color I picked is hard to get even(I don’t think this is a reasonable reason, instead it is an excuse for not being humble to learn more skills). She become very impatient since I told her the color is uneven. Moreover, I did gel extension removal, the liquid they provide has a strong chemical smell, which almost make me giddy. My hands are super dry and uncomfortable during the making(also after). The turnout is nothing like which I expect.🄲 I think their customers service is not so great considering their poor communication in English and impatient attitude. A store I won’t come again.

Honestly they always do a wonderful job, great customer service, attention to details, and reasonably priced. Love them

No Service for Costumers!! I'm writing on behalf of my friends (two girls), who went there on october 13th for mani- and pedicure. Both of them were satisfied with the pedicure and the eyelash extension. Then, unfortunately, one of the girls got a manicure from a male employee, we don't know his name. She gave an exact explanation of how she wished her nails. During the process, she talked to him several times in terms of the nails to be sure about the correctness of the treating, but it seemed like he was ignoring her. Once he finished my friend was repeating herself that the nails aren't like she wanted and payed to. After this critic the employee got mad and uset and began to discuss with my friend until he began to just block her and shaked his head negationly. Thank to the nice female cashier my friend got back 50% of her already spent money for his work. Just a pity how a employee can't handle a critic, nor can't talk to his costumers.

Changing my review….

Walked in last Saturday for a quick mail removal and a simple manicure. Instead I had my services denied and told I was ā€œdifficult.ā€

I would usually go every three weeks and spend over $175.00 and tip well over 30% as I recognize and appreciate the service Holly does.

Apparently my gal Holly is on vacation. When I asked for something simple as I was on my way out of town, the woman said I’m too difficult and I should return in a month when Holly gets back.

Blows my mind. She proceeded to say, I’m not going to pay my boss incase you come back because you didn’t like the job.

The woman at the desk (she does eyebrows) was actually the only time I returned because the day after getting a nail mani I had to come back because the gel was peeling off. I offered to pay again but the supervisor said no. So please tell me why I’m difficult?

Anywho… If you want semi-discriminatory folks doing your nails and ā€œcommenting about youā€ despite you treating them with respect, dignity and appreciation- go on and get your nails done. :)

Extremely disappointed and needless to say, i’m taking my services and fat tips elsewhere.

Good luck surviving a recession with this sort of business model.

Ps. Calling a woman of color ā€œdifficultā€ is disrespectful and borderline offensive. I like to pay for a decent job, if you can’t do that, perhaps you should reevaluate your career choice.

(Old Review Below- Holly truly is great.)

Holly is my absolute favorite. Everyone is great and helpful along with talented nail techs, but Holly is my special lady.

I’ve been going to this salon for over five years and I would jump from person to person… However, for the last year I stuck just with Holly. She’s helped this gal grow the nails of her dreams and I’m completely grateful to have developed this little nail...

I have trouble even giving this one star! My daughter and I had been coming here for over a year. The service was not always the best, but we overlooked it because it was convenient. We were established as regulars with appointments every two weeks, and usually saw the same manicurists. Suddenly, it became unbearable, we always had appointments due to our busy schedules--we would show up on time and either the person we were scheduled with was not there or no one wrote us down. On other occasions they would make one of us wait at least 30 to 40 minutes and then when that person finally helped us they would stop halfway through and go do a threading or waxing leaving us sitting there half done. This was not a one time occurrence, this happened on more than one occasion. Also, there is the insensitive, rough treatment; I don't know about you, but I like to relax while having a mani/pedi. They place the gel dryer on you lap and since the manicurist stays on one side, she forces you to pull your opposite arm over while you attempt to keep the dryer from sliding off your lap. I can't help but write this, because, as I said, we were regulars for over a year with appointments every two weeks and tipped very well. It befuddles me that they were okay with giving this type of service to anyone without even an apology. Absolutely, the worst service I have ever...
