Monkey Pants — Local services in Los Angeles

Be warned. The store seems cute outside but inside is just filled with rude employees. Trust me I work in retail and I understand it can be exhausting and you often have rude people, But every-time I've come in here there have been the worst employees here. I came in here to buy a couple sunny angels with my family and the person at the register was completely rude for no absolute reason. My transaction was fine but my family members transaction was different. The employee asked my family member if they would like a receipt and they said yes. To which the employee replies okay just choose which one you'd like and my family member said oh there's no print ? And the employee responded I ALREADY TOLD YOU WE DONT PRINT RECEIPTS. when they never indicated that before showing them the screen again so uncalled for! Idk who runs it but y'all need a re-evaluation....

Incredibly rude guy works the front. He didnt acknowledge me, even look at me or tell me we will be with you. He was rude, acted almost demonic when I asked if I could come in? He was very disheveled and his hair didn’t even look brushed and he spoke down to me and told me that the chain blocking the door was self explanatory. I said wow you are very rude and left and as I did he turned around to laugh at me me with his coworker. They lost my business and I will never spend another penny there. Sad a business treat customers so rudely and with no appreciation that they are a customer in their establishment. They need a new chain of management. So unprofessional. I dont spend my money with businesses that treat...

Monkey Pants is AMAZING!

I was in downtown LA little tokyo for the hello kitty exhibition and I stopped by monkey pants. I don't have any children but this shop was so whimsical and rad clothes that I ended up purchasing stickers, kawaii squishies and clothing for my niece. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get some cool stuff. The store just has a really good vibe and the girl (Daisy I think) that was running the shop was really niece she gave us tips on where to get good eats and what other shops we should check out. Oh and if you're into graffiti art the store has a mural of a really popular artist...
