HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!!!

I came in to get a haircut during lunch in preparation for a business trip… And I’m sure the lady who cut my hair was high on DRUGS!!!

She sat me down and just began very very fastly and roughly going crazy on my head with the hair clippers. She was pulling my hair, Scratching and cutting my skin,and it HURT!

To add to that the haircut was/is TERRIBLE!!!! Sideburns are cut all the way to the top of my ears. Top of head cropped an inch shorter than I wanted and she went crazy with those texturizing scissors. Absolutely annihilating all the hard care and time I had taken to grow it to that length for this business trip: she RUINED MY HAIR FOR AT LEAST A FEW WEEKS AND DAMAGED MY SKIN ALL AROUND MY HAIRLINE!!!!

She did this all in under 10 minutes!!!!

I was so upset and she could see that. But I’m not the type of person to cause a scene and I was just going to pay and leave. But she can going and wouldn’t leave me alone!!!!!!

She saw that I was frustrated that my sideburns were cut crooked and she just grabs the clippers and cuts a random diagonal line across my right sideburn!!!

I get up, go to pay, and even your front desk workers were in shock of what was going on. I didn’t even have to say anything for them to offer me a discount. Which I didn’t even want, I wanted to get away from that lady but then… she come to the register and keeps trying attack/touch/HARASS ME!!! I told her not to touch me and to get away from me and SHE STILL TOUCHED ME!!!!

I paid, thanked the front desk people, and went to the car to process what had just happened. I cried in frustration becuase I have been growing my hair out for months and needed to look great for this business meeting with the owner and leaders of the company I’m working for. So I go back in to ask if someone can fix it and another barber, who’s very sweet, offered to. He has seen the craziness that ensued from the other barber.

Still not wanting to make a scene and just wanting to salvage anything possible, i let him try to fix it. The front desk lady kindly apologized and refunded my money (I still hadn’t asked for any kind of refund) and the barber made the haircut a tad bit less terrible (or at least more even) so I tipped $20 becuase it wasn’t his fault.

It was your INSANE BARBER LADY WHO CUT ME, PULLED MY HAIR AND CONTINUED TO FOLLOW AND HARRASS/ATTACK ME - EVEN AFTER I ASKED HER TO LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!

Please make this right, this is/was a terrifying experience. Worse haircut...

Gotta stop and take a second to leave a 5 star review. This is my third haircut here. Reason I’m taking the time to write the review is because of both Robbie and Jules. I went in for the second cut with Robbie and tried something different, ultimately after a week I didn’t love it. I hate more than anything being THAT guy, but I figured Robbie was legit very cool and would take care of it. I ended up coming back on a day that he wasn’t in and got an appointment with Jules. He was just as cool and SUPER caring. I explained what we tried and what I wanted to get back to. He asked me a ton of questions to make sure he was getting it right. Then completely on me - after Jules finished the cut I was still indecisive. He was so cool about it. He had another appointment but told me to chill and play around with the cut while he took care of the other dude and after that he’s do whatever else I wanted. I ended up loving the cut he gave me!

So mega props to them for being so caring and attentive. In a city as busy as LA it’s nice to go somewhere where they’ll take the time to sort you out right and make sure you’re...

Take this review with a Grain of Salt... THIS REVIEW IS FOR THIS LOCATION ONLY first I'm looking for barber to cut my hair, so I've seen company in multiple locations, SO I DECIDED okay let try I walk in and see no POCs.. why did I need see POCs: I'm black and black people hair need to be cut a certain way with certain tool to have crisp,sharp, and flyness.. This isn't a rule, its just a guideline Well since I didn't see any POCs but my curiosity is still there and I've had good experiences with non-POC cutting my hair... so why not go a little bit further

This what killed it for me it was the receptionist or manager HIM: hi welcome to Floyd's Me: Thx this my first time Him: what are you looking for? Me: Mid fade, with high top Him: how does your barber cut your hair... Razor or Blades

This what killed it for... As a barber you should know once I'm in the chair and told you what I wanted. I just did not want to a disaster on my head

In conclusion I rated this place 3 stars due to their lack inclusion BUT I THE cut I did see we're good and dye job we're good too. So it not good for me but it might...
