Horrible experience. Was waiting online behind a group of 3 people for about 10-15 minutes. The security told us that they were just waiting on a few people to leave the store then they would let us in. After a few minutes pass, he opens the door and says sorry, we are closed. Meanwhile it is 5:40PM, you have 4 customers outside waiting to shop and you come and tell us that after 10-15 minutes of waiting. Absolutely horrible customer service for a store of...

Ordered two hats. Got them amazingly secured. Box was in amazing shape. Internal packaging was very secure bottom layer of paper with stuffing paper with another layer of soft paper on top. Also got a very nice bag that was included in my order! I did not shop in-store & ordered online. Appreciate the fact I was still given a shopping bag. thank you so much for the added gesture, means a lot!

Came all the way from Houston to shop and the door man wouldn’t let me in saying I needed an appointment. Who in the world needs an appointment to shop for denim! I asked for the manager and he states there was not a manger on duty. I said well who else can i speak to, he insist there was know one. Really weird experience! And then he double bolts the door.
