👎 If you're not selling "one" item but instead require customers to buy "three" at a time, then please remove the "one" option.

We tried to buy one tanghulu and one taiyaki, but since we couldn't finish that much, we only wanted to purchase one. To our surprise, the store insisted we had to buy three for them to make it for us.

We feel this is deliberately deceiving consumers. Secondly, when we were hesitating and trying to choose other products, an older Korean female employee had a really bad attitude. She seemed like she was rushing us and kept glaring at us with a sour expression, which made us very UNCOMFORTABLE. Don't we have the right to take our time and choose the products we want?

We were only in the store for a few minutes, but it was an incredibly unpleasant experience. It was terrible, especially with that employee silently rushing us, causing significant stress. You don't need to treat customers who want to spend money here like that…………………………..

I'm so glad that there's a cute new boba shop opened up walking distance to where I live. The drinks here are reasonably priced, the 32oz cups are definitely worth the $1.00 upgrade.

You receive rewards drink for every drink that you purchase in order to redeem for their adorable merchandise ranging from keychains, hats, tote bags, plushies, and backpacks.

I ordered the yuzu green tea and the house coffee boba. The house coffee was delicious and I'm not a huge coffee person. Yuzu green tea was light and refreshing. Drinks were not overly sweet which is a plus.

Will definitely be back to try their other drinks...

Update: September 12, 7:24 pm. The young lady, who I will not name, told me to pick other options for the taiyaki when i wanted to pick the 5 pc. Only have 2 corn and 2 pizza left when i asked for 3 pizza and 2 corn. She could have been honest and told me she didn't know how to use the taiyaki machine instead
