I grew up here and it used to be so beautiful, but new management has run this place to the ground.
Someone has been breaking people’s car windows in the parking garages to steal gate controllers, and management has not done anything about it. Today, my mom’s car window was broken, and where is management?
They are never in their office, they never answer the phone.
The building looks disgusting. It used to be so clean and now trash is everywhere.
The elevator randomly stops working so people have to walk up several flights of stairs.
The big pond of tar water that always seeps up from the drain in the second floor garage and damages car tires is concerning and they don’t pump it out enough so it sits there, growing, and people have to drive around it or are forced to drive over it because it grows so large.
The front door to the building doesn’t close.
The intercom doesn’t actually work for people to call and enter the building with actual permission.
Do the cameras even work?
I actually dread going back home because it feels gross there.
I wonder if they are making this place unlivable just so they can force people out, remodel, and rent out to people in higher income brackets. It wouldn’t surprise me.
