Stay far away from this scam of a “spa.” The receptionist and another woman (probably the so-called manager) were fighting with me and raising their voices — even though I wasn’t even speaking with them. They demanded full payment upfront for a one-hour massage, then after barely 20–30 minutes they cut it short, created drama, accused me of being “rude,” and refused to continue — just an excuse to stop working. On top of that, they shamelessly begged me for tips they never earned and tried to guilt me into paying extra. To make matters worse, they don’t even have proper card payments, and if you try, they slap on a ridiculous $13 fee. This isn’t just bad service — it’s a system designed to cheat, scam, and rip people off. There was nothing relaxing about this experience — it was pure stress, a complete waste of money, and not even the slightest apology or sense of guilt from them. I went to check out this spa based on review. I made an appointment with Kiwi, and I am glad I did, has she was booked for the time I wanted already, and she only work there on Saturday. This place is very bad for massages late evening. I called and asked for a massage 90 minutes or 2 hours, they tell me they close early at 9. I show up and agree to do 1 hour. They tell me someone called already. 3 minutes later... really? Either they discriminate against heavy weight people or its false advertising for your hours. Don't say you close at 10pm if you don't want to...
