As a Brazilian I always get a “CHICKEN CATUPIRY” PIZZA TO GO… today my cravings and wishes were not met, as the size of the portion was mini, and the pizza was burnt, I asked for extra cheese and I believe I did not get the right amount of cheese (or extra) and neither the regular normal amount of chicken. Under I’ll post a pizza from 4 days ago from a order that did not have (extra cheese) in the order and it still looked way better and bigger than todays order. (Bought at the sunset location) I don’t know what did not allow them to meet the criteria of the pizza, but if you can’t deliver the same quality of service to a product you sell each time you sell it. I believe it’s better to put it out of stock and try harder until you get it right. Besides, I always call and get my order over the phone, and I understand that it might be late nor very busy, but it’s a common thing. As I called in after trying to order online and the website not allowing me to do so. A worker said he wouldn’t mind doing my order since it was a pizza that needs 20 minutes to be done, and I would be driving down to pick it up, but he said he would double check with the manager. Then someone superior if not the manager come to the phone and just told me “sorry, you have to presently be here to order” I hung up, drove 12 mins down, got there… ordered my pizza and was asked to wait “20 minutes” outside. Then got my pizza “44 minutes later, as I walked up and asked twice for the pizza to a worker, and it was just seating there in the counter at the little heating compartment… So I didn’t mind the wait. I was too hungry to complain and they were busy. I understood things happen. I drive back home and I FINALLY get to eat my “EXTRA CHEESE Frango com CATUPIRY pizza”. I’ll leave the picture down bellow of the pizza I got a few days ago to the left and the pizza I got today. ( I don’t believe I even need to explain which is which, you will know which one was todays unsuccessful order). Made me regret driving down to buy it and I’m so ashamed I called my friend to come share it with me. (Since it’s usually a decent size for any regular pizza) This time it came SMALL, burnt and with no extra cheese, very little catupiry and mozzarella cheese was thrown all of it as if they ran out of catupiry and didn’t communicate about it. Can’t even think about the little chicken scoop the spread thru the whole pizza Really sad and might not be ordering there again. Rather choose anything else but to go on that location. Hope you all fina solution to a better deliverance to your costumers orders from now on. The only great thing was the host at the door. (June 1...

At 3 am, my girlfriend and I were rejected for inside seating although they clearly had available space. Since they had 1 full hour to close, the security said we order to go. After looking for menu I walked to register to place order and was declined service starting they are closed. I pointed out there employee told me otherwise with normal deminer and he escalated by having security escort me out. I tried to explain to security that your colleague told me I can order and being with a women they should be considerate and give service, but this meat head security tough guy insisted it is what it is and aggressively kept repeating “what am I going to do about it”.
Do I slap the living minimum wage out of him? Do I let someone in the wrong bully me and call me lier? I laughed it off knowing within the last 4 hours I spent his quarterly made income on my date.
People don’t support management like this, service is everything in today’s world.
Response: As mentioned at no point was I hostile or rude to security and staff. I was told I can order to go, even though I was there 1 hour before close. I spent time looking at menu and as I wanted to order the cashier said we can’t accept it.
I informed them that I was told I can order he abruptly said No and had the security step up. I tried explaining to security again and he starts saying “no what are you going to do about it”.
It’s funny how out of hundreds of daily interactions you were able to look into this? How did you narrow down the day it took place..conversations details??
I will give you credit on your online reputation management skills. Good cover up answer! Instead of spending budget on marketing, maybe put those dollars towards hiring...

I came here with a friend on 8/21/25 around 1:40 pm, and let me tell you — this was one of the WORST dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Yes, the food came out fast, but who cares when you can’t even enjoy it? There was a huge group in the back being outrageously loud. We asked our waitress (Margarita, who was actually very kind) if anything could be done, and she admitted she had been asking them AND the manager for TWO HOURS to quiet down with no results. TWO HOURS!
So I asked to speak to the manager — a guy named Vin/Viny (whatever his name is) — and the way he handled it was absolutely pathetic. I told him we couldn’t even talk over our food because of how loud this group was. His response? “What do you want me to do? They’re just having a good time.” Are you kidding me?! That’s the best a so-called manager can come up with?
Instead of stepping up and running his restaurant, he actually stopped the waitress AND security from addressing the situation. Zero accountability, zero effort, zero customer service. He didn’t offer to move us, didn’t apologize, didn’t care. He flat out brushed us off like our business didn’t matter.
At that point, I just asked for my check and to-go boxes because the whole experience was ruined. If this is how management allows their restaurant to be run — loud, chaotic, and dismissive of paying customers — then trust me, this is NOT the place you want to spend your time or money.
Pathetic management, wasted meal, and absolutely no respect for customers. I won’t be back, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to...
