Save your time and don’t go here. Setting up the appointment was poor. Got the initial phone call back from Christopher and then he didn’t send me the necessary information (which was scripted texts/email) until hours before my appointment - called/text him every other day until my appointment, but no one picks up their phones at this business.
When you get to their free parking, the security guard won’t let you park more than 30min early, so then you come back closer to your appointment time and it takes them forever to process/create your visitor ticket, as one isn’t provided to you by Hollywood Paws - which causes everyone to be late as there’s a queue to get your ticket. Punctuality is not important or instilled here. During their presentation, they say they’ll be working your pet 12-13 hours a day. Also, their “evaluation” is 2min of your dog scarfing down treats to stand on a mark. If your pet doesn’t respond to one of two trainers, then you’ve wasted your night. Doesn’t matter what your dog looks like. They say it doesn’t matter if your dog hasn’t had training, but it does. Good luck! These people are riding the fumes of the rest...
Read moreWhat a bunch of scammers! Their approach through a zoom call is friendly. I gave them my card number after choosing to proceed with the lessons, however, I had questions. After having my lawyer mention the 3 day cooling off period as mentioned by the FTC( I strongly encourage you to check that out should you change your mind) we started a polite back and forth set of emails. Hollywood paws soon agreed by email to return the funds after discussing my displeasure with being charged before finalizing a conversation. They even showed a snapshot of the reversal. I waited 5 days and still no money in the bank; I waited one more bussiness day since Veterans Day was in the middle of the week then BAM, another 250 deducted the following Monday morning, as of this writing I am...
Read moreSo they started 30min late then they expressed that they don't care what your dog already knows as long as it has desire for treat in front of others. So starve your dog before you go so your dog can be fed treats 2 to 3 hrs that day. It's not talent managers it's 2 trainers showing a presentation and doing evaluation made for med to large dogs. THEY DO NOT WORK WITH SMALL DOGS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T OVERFEED THEM TREATS. Is it worth going to? NO. According to them they make less the more time they're on set so that means you make more for a commerical. That's 300 for a...
