I was sooo hungry and needed to eat something keto friendly. I ordered a carnitas cheese bowl (not on the menu) and it was amazing. The cheese bowl is almost a salad but is really just a bunch of cheese and sour cream on a bed of carnitas on a bed of lettuce. The bed of lettuce surves one function which is to lift the cheese and pork above salsa water. When I say cheese bowl, I mean that more than 40% of the bowl is cheese and sour cream. The rest is the 4oz or so of carnitas, guacamole, salsa, and more cheese. Lots of cheese. I found this bowl to be quite enjoyable however would like an option to have the cheese melted. I have tried this with the chipotle "queso" and feel like its too watery and overpriced.

The inside of the store and the tables were filthy. We had a hard time finding a table to sit and eat. The person who prepares the product adds so little of the product as you make your selection that they do not give you value for your money at all. This was the worst store I've ever been to in Los Angeles. They put so little of the products you choose that when you ask for a little more. As if they asked for a double. They are trying to get money from you.

Good location, I rather drive to this chipotle than the one on sunset, eventhough the sunset location is closer to my house. The taste of the food is delicious, there's almost always parking and the guac & chips are always so good here. Highly recommend this location. I gave it 4 stars review is bc they give u very little meat n very little sauce/cream.

Past few times I have gone it seems like they are understaffed and someone very new is making the burrito. Most recent time some serious health violations are becoming obvious.

I feel like as someone who goes to chipotle often I can tell when it’s a new employee. They struggle to remember the answers to the ingredient questions they ask, don’t feel confident in knowing which is which, and they carefully measure out a tiny burrito and then can’t manage to wrap it correctly and ingredients spill everywhere despite the tortilla being able to fit twice that amount.

All of that is understandable, if unfortunate. Sometimes you get new people but the fact it is every time I go makes it seem like there may be workplace issues and high turn over.

Last time I went I came 20 minutes after they opened, and appeared to be the first person in the store. Waited 10 minutes before even being addressed while waiting because they were working on app orders.

When I did place my order something was very obviously wrong with it. I looked at the proteins and they did not look normal. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of other food in the area so I just decided to eat there. The proteins obviously had been reheated from the day before (common practice) but something had definitely gone wrong during the many hours since it had been prepared because it did not taste OK, tasted gross and like the strongest tomatillo flavor I’ve ever tasted. I had one bite and felt sick for much of the day afterward.

Went and spoke to the manager to try to warn her but she just seemed mad at me for trying to explain. Possibly stressed with other tasks (only one other new person seemed to be working).

Don’t feel confident this is a safe place to eat and won’t be coming back to this location,...

It pains me to have to write this one star review. It is my first one star review and hopefully my last. The reason for this one star is because the burritos that my friend and I ate at this location caused us BOTH to get food poisoning. I missed my next whole day of work because of eating here. This experience ruined my otherwise good impression of Chipotle. I will not return to this location to eat because of this experience. It is a shame too because the people seem nice, friendly and eager to work. My friend ordered the steak burrito with white rice, beans, steak, corn and fajitas and I had a burrito with brown rice, black beans, fajitas, chicken, medium salsa, sour cream, cheese, corn, guacamole and lettuce. To drink my friend had a Corona and I had a Modelo.

I'm sorry to have to write this review because the food actually tasted good and the employees there all seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. My friend even said that shortly after we ate, "The food tasted very good, but I just became sick behind eating there. I will not return to that place Michael. You should not either because you spent money on food that made me sick." I tried to tell him that night (yesterday) that perhaps it was just a bad experience. Then after saying that I ended up getting sick too....

OKAY SO POTENTIALLY BIG PROBLEM! My burrito was amazing and the woman that made it was an absolute champ. I saw the fear in her eyes as I kept piling on more ingredients, and her co-workers started staring, which in all honesty is very fair. But she wrapped it like a pro which was a marvel to witness cause even other customers started looking. HOWEVER, me and my group made drastically different orders and we all got hives. Some of us had mild reactions but one of us really took it hard and we had to get them an inhaler. None of us ordered the same protein so we were concerned about potential cross contamination, or even worse, contamination from something that shouldn't be touching the food at all. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt and hypothesize that it was potentially chemical residue left from where we were sitting, ultimately, I'm just not sure what got us to experience that type of allergic reaction. The food tasted good and The workers were pretty nice. Overall there is a definite area for concern, but the experience was quite...
