I think the magic that makes Quantum unique is how the sessions are intentionally designed to incorporate Breathwork modalities, movement tailored to calm or energize depending on the desired result, and expert guidance from some of the best-trained facilitators in Los Angeles. There is a powerful element of community, and an invitation to be present in your body for 90 minutes tying it all together in a powerful and effective way.
Several friends who work in the hustle and bustle of downtown LA, came into Quantum decided that they would not participate in the cold plunge part of the experience. But once Quantum invited them to let go of that sense of control, my friends opened up to the process and allowed themselves to break past their own limitations. We were all brand new to contrast therapy before Quantum, and we each lasted over 5 minutes sitting in an ice bath during our very first Session.
For those who answer the call to show up for their own individual Self, a Quantum Session can be invigorating, fun, and one of the best investments you will ever make in your health and wellness journey. It’s 90 minutes that can be spent at your own pace flowing between the contrast therapy and the meditation areas, or you can choose a combination session that is split intentionally between a 45 minute movement or breathwork class, and 45 minutes in the contrast therapy area.
There is also a Sky Sauna overlooking downtown. If you’re just stopping by LA and visiting Quantum to get rejuvenated on your journey, you do not want to miss this photo-op!
The best thing anyone can do is to simply show up with an open mind, and just ground with the power of that beautiful Quartz floor they have in the New Earth Room. What follows is an opportunity for real-time transformation.
The space is shoe-free but they offer simple black slides you can borrow free of charge if you prefer that to bare feet — especially because the sauna floor does...
Read moreI’m convinced Quantum Wellness in Los Angeles is secretly running a cult, because I can’t stop going back. They’ve got an amazing suana that roasts you like a rotisserie chicken, then you stagger out and dive into one of their 3 different cold pools (aka LA cold plunges) like you’re auditioning for “Frozen 3.” Each plunge is a different temp, so you can choose between “refreshing,” “oh god why,” and “I think I just met my ancestors.”
And the rooftop? Unreal. Another suana, a steam room, and a pool with skyline views that scream “best in LA.” I felt like I should be in a music video, except instead of champagne, I was sipping electrolytes and wondering how long until my legs thaw.
Between rounds they literally hand you professional red light therapy for your face—like, who does that? My skin looked so good I almost forgave LA traffic. And when your legs are crying from all the plunges, you slip into their Therabody leg compression pants and instantly feel like Iron Man charging back up. I literally leave feeling like a new person.
Here’s the kicker: I was a loyal Voda Spa member for 8 years—and I genuinely enjoy Quantum more and you get so much more. Voda will always have a place in my heart, but Quantum feels like they took the classic spa formula and strapped a jetpack to it.
And it’s only $250 a month! In LA, that’s basically the price of two Haley Bieber smoothies and a parking ticket. For everything you get here, it feels like robbery (the good kind). I will be a member for life!
If you’re in LA and not hitting Quantum Wellness, you’re doing Los...
Read moreI am so grateful that I attended the grand opening of the LA QUANTUM WELLNESS SPA on May 18, 2025. What an incredible facility! I could feel that the spa was created with thought and intention, from the space and decor to the lighting, even the entrance door. It was a space of pure wellness, taking health and wellness to the next level. Since I was from out of town, I took the opportunity to experience the facility. On Saturday, I did the guided rejuvenate session, starting in the earth room and then taking a cold plunge at 50°F. Having a guided session was a great resource, guiding me through the cold plunge. It was actually “easy”! I finished the session in the sauna and felt totally rejuvenated after. On Monday, I enjoyed a zero-body dry float session. It was like being immersed in my mother’s womb, embraced, cuddled, and cared for. I also had the opportunity for a quantum wellness bed session. I’ve had remote sessions before, however feeling the heat and listening to the innocence track was an incredible experience. My sleep has been deeper, and I feel a stronger connection to myself. I would certainly recommend a membership, I would if I lived nearby. I want to express my gratitude and love to Michelle and Matthew (the front desk staff). They went out of their way to ensure that I had an incredible and memorable experience at the spa. Thank you so much!
Thank you to Jason and Jeremy, for creating this space and to all others who were and are involved. Until we meet again, Much love, Dawn...
