Historical and beautiful building and view ! I was very surprised to find out such a historical landmark, beautiful building and huge interior library in the heart of high-end, financial district! It was very refreshing and breathtaking! The front lobby of this library is 7 floors high and decorated with colorful huge chandelier and TV screen, plus amazing escalators!
