Moving to LA can be overwhelming but what helped was the kindness and professionalism from both Patrick and Ana. I’ve lived here from March 2021 thru 2024 and it was a great experience. When I needed something Ana and Patrick along with the amazing maintenance team was on top of it. Anytime I needed something Ana and Patrick helped ensure I was taken care of. The grounds and what you get at the complex is great. Close to everything. If I move back to LA and as long Ana and Patrick are here I will rent again. Some other cool features is assigned parking spot and I have a charger for my EV....

I moved from across the country without ever seeing the unit in person and have now happily lived here for 2 years.

After driving 30+ hours to move in, I was setup in the apartment within minutes and they already had all of my deliveries inside.

Anna and Patrick are incredible helpful when it comes to move in-and-out, and especially in multiple occasions. They are very resourceful, and they care about their residents. The place is nicely managed by the team. They will go extra mile to ensure you are being heard and taking care.
