Love, love souvenir shopping! This store is the store to shop. There was so much to choose from I wanted to purchase most of it. I love the cups, shot glasses and shirts with the logos. The pens and pencils even have logos. I love the magnets and snow globes...so colorful and beautifully crafted. As I was looking at the magnets I saw the perfect one but someone else picked it up. This wonderful woman told me to take it but I could not take it from her...she was so nice! I chose something else. When I got to the counter, the cashier told me she would have helped me but she was busy. Out of nowhere came this wonderful woman named Irene, walked me over to the place where I was desperately searching for that magnet and she looked through what looked like the store's supply of magnets. The magnet was not found. I was so honored that Irene not only took the time to search but was also so pleasant while searching for me! That is was made the visit to this store wonderful! Thank you Irene and the very nice lady who shared her magnet with me!

The ticket # x9-92280 I accidentally drop a drink , the lady started complaining and I pologized with the personal and the customers, telling how I’m sorry for the incident, but the cashier did not accept my apologies and kept complaining and screaming in front all the airport. I cleaned the floor with paper towel and was humiliate because she kept complaining about that, with very rude attitud and screaming. After I left the floor clean and made a long line, I discovered that the product I choosed was defective, I showed her and asked If I can change for another one, but she refused to charge the price amount and let me take another one, and that was another problem for this lady… She made me do the line again… she’s name is Adanech…. I’m a business owner and I don’t see this normal from a business to a customer… Accident can happen to any one especially if the customer has bags with him.

I bought a powerbank and not only was it dead when I bought it (defected the point of buying it); the powerbank also never fully charged or does it. On top of it being defected, I was also overcharged by $5 and some change. They changed the price when it was pending it was the correct $27.56 and then posted it switched to $32.84 not sure where the additional $5.28 came from but that is a thing they decided to add towards my account.

DONT SHOP HERE PLEASE...
