AWFUL! I would do 0 stars if I could. What a waste of more than $150. I wanted to support a local salon but had a PAINFUL, terrible experience at Jedi Beauty lab. I want to prevent others from also being hurt. The photos of my eyes after the appointment say it all.

I tried this new eyelash salon because I just moved to California from out of state. Despite getting extensions for 2 years with NO issues at different salons in Georgia, the tape used here repeatedly SCRATCHED against my eyeballs and STUNG my eyes, leaving me tearing up nonstop and extremely UNCOMFORTABLE the entire appointment.

When I raised the problem, it got worse. They tried to say my eyes were just “sensitive” but this has NEVER happened to me before. Sensitive to being scratched, yeah probably.

The combination of the tape, the metal clamps she used that kept yanking on my original lashes causing more tears and burning, and the burning glue was entirely awful. I might go get my eyes checked out by a doctor to ensure no damage was done.

I went to Jedi 2.5 weeks ago when I was in LA and decided to wait how my mani/pedi will last before writing a review. After this time I can vouch for place 10000%. 1st of all stuff is amazing, super nice and makes you feel comfortable. I got regular pedi and gel mani, since I was the only one in salon (came during the day) they did mani/pedi at the same time, so I was out in 50 min which is incredible. My nails are very thin and usually gel many last about 10 days in best case of scenario if I go to super fancy place. From Jedi it lasted for 2.5 weeks and I could go longer just my nails grew and wanted to chance it, never happen before. Pedi is still great and will keep it for another week at least(no chips). I will def recommend that place in area cause I tried many other places and Jedi by far is the best. They also pretty new and would be nice to have community support im sure) I’m adding one photo of nails after 2.5 weeks right before I changed it. Again it doesn’t look perfect but trust me with many other places my cuticles look like this in 3 days not 18 days. Good luck and I will def make it my place to go...

I went to this salon yesterday and it was amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Gigi with such warmth, and the entire vibe of the space instantly put me at ease. It’s a small, cozy salon—not crowded or chaotic like many others. There was a calm, peaceful energy throughout the space, and even the other women getting their nails done seemed to be in a relaxed, unbothered state.

Nara did both my manicure and pedicure, and she was incredibly kind, nurturing, and attentive. Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. I didn’t get nicked, scratched, or experience any of the usual pain I’ve come to expect at nail salons. She took her time and truly cared about making it a soothing experience. I honestly felt like I could’ve taken a nap in that chair—it was that relaxing.
