Good location besides the loud noise. Also wanna say the manager was rude! He asked me for a card with the numbers on it and I said no that’s the only card I got, which was a lie because I thought it was very fishy. He also got a copy of whatever I gave him. I dont remember what but at least it was my ID. $15 a day is a ripoff to park tbh. Charged $30 for my parked car. NOW HERES WHY IM GIVING ONE START BESIDES POOR MANAGEMENT AND PARKING FEES When I walked in my room I was warmly greeted by A ROACH ON MY DOOR IN THE INSIDE! After killing it I went to the bathroom and I’m seeing a baby cockroach! I looked everywhere for more roaches just in case. I went to bed but I couldn’t sleep much due to the noise. Now as I’m getting ready for work, I try to hop in the shower, and BEHOLD THERES NO HOT WATER !! FREEZING COLD SHOWER !!! This was unacceptable and may I also add the sink’s water pressure was super low so both of these things made my stay even harder besides the roaches and horrible management. When I got out of the shower, I look down and LONE AND BEHOLD, A DEAD ROACH! Shocker !!!! I went to get to my car for work and there was a Tesla parked behind my car ! Turned out to be a worker’s car ! I managed to wiggle out after he offered to move it and I declined cuz I know I’m a great driver and I’ll be able to get out. Upon returning from work I went to my room and automatically went to bed, I did not even care about my skincare routine cuz the water pressure was so low. It was hard for me to sleep due to all the noise from the street AND the people outside. I woke up the next morning and I snoozed and in the middle of my snooze a fire alarm goes off in a building next to us! It went off twice !!! I then checked out and I have never wanted to check out of a hotel so fast! I’m never going back here ever again, I travel a lot ! And this is BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL EVER!

It's not a very high quality hotel. The positives are: the mattress was comfortable, there was a heater/AC unit in the room, there was a mini fridge, the bathroom was clean, they had plenty of soaps, and the location and price were good. The negatives are: The walls are as paper thin as the sheets they give you to sleep under. We were awoken by a group of drunken men outside our door at 3am and had to ask them to leave. I was freezing under those thin sheets and had to sleep under my jacket. There was a huge gap between the door and its frame. There was no microwave. They charged us $20 to check in early (I've stayed in many hotels before, and checked in early almost every time and NEVER been charged for checking in early before) even though they already had a room ready and it didn't cost them anything to let us into it 2 hours early... But let's not forget the icing on the cake: we found roaches in the room! See the pictures for evidence.

When we arrived our room had been soaked in febreze (bed & carpet were damp and tiles/bathtub were visibly wet). We took a towel and wiped the floor dry (see photos - the first is the side of the towel that was from our shoes, second is the dirt that came off the floor). Every time we saw the front desk staff, they were carrying a bottle of febreze and a very dirty cloth. Unsure if they know how to clean properly or if they are just trying to cover up the strong musty smell that appeared between their daily febreze sprays. Other problems are that the window locks aren’t secure, the base of the shower felt like it was bowing in on itself, the floor wasn’t level, carpets were sticky, our front door had a large enough hole for critters to get through, and our room was filled with flies upon our arrival. I wouldn’t recommend this property even with the location factored in.

Room 421, stayed 4 nights. Sept-Oct 2022.||||On arrival, we parked the car within the premises so we could check in then had to move the vehicle to a secure road behind the hotel which looked deserted/ shabby. ||||On first appearance we thought the room was ok but we had been driving for 5 hours and only dropped the luggage into the room and went out to site see. ||||On returning for our first nights sleep, we noticed 2 dried blood patches on the bed sheets. We checked out the rest of the room and noticed there was also hair in the bath plug, bathroom floor and bathroom bin. The fridge smelt like a mouldy cucumber and was dirty. There was a broken lamp in a cupboard. The TV sound kept playing up. We had only half a toilet roll only and no extras like you normally have in hotels.||||We highlighted the blood/ hair issue to an employee who was disgusted and immediately rectified the issue but also went on to call the cleaner stupid which I felt was inappropriate. We would’ve been happy with an apology and that they would investigate internally. ||||We also had to ask for WiFi codes as these were not given at check in (which wasn’t an issue) and are unique to each user. We were provided 2 x 48hr codes. When these ran out, we asked for another 2 codes and the guy at reception was so defensive exclaiming he had already given us 5 days worth of codes (which he hadn’t) but reluctantly gave us new ones.||||There was a smoking room next to ours and smoking area outside the room also which seeped a strong smell of smoke into our bathroom/ bedroom often. ||||One evening it was pretty cold and we tried to turn the heater on but this smelt like fire so we had to turn this off promptly. ||||No one asked on check out if we were happy with our stay, they didn’t seem to care at all. It was an older gentlemen who took in our room keys and dealt with the WiFi situation. ||||Pros||- Location (1 block from Hollywood Boulevard)||- Affordability ||||||Cons||- Rude staff||- Dirty property||- Smelly ||- Insufficient parking spaces||- Lack of working equipment||- No plugs for sink or bath tub||||This hotel has so much potential. It needs a bit of TLC and some modernising to make this a really wonderful place to stay. ||||Dependant on your tolerance levels, it is bearable as long as you don’t intend to stay in the...

My husband and I stayed here over night catching an early morning flight to Honolulu. We picked this location because we didn’t have a lot of time to explore and this was close to the Hollywood Strip. I didn’t think (but boy was I wrong that) we didn’t need anything fancy for one overnight stay. We’ve stayed in motel 6’s before and had restful sleep. ||||Let me stress, I’m giving this 2 stars because the staff was very nice. ||||Everything about this hotel was definitely not my cup of tea. ||||Parking was very crowded, cars in sardine cans. Every time we needed to leave, it took at least 10 minutes backing the car in and out trying not to hit other cars in the squeezed parking area, rails, building, pillars, vending machine! Omgosh! ||||Our room was right across from the office. ||||The rooms smelled like Cannabis and this gave me such a bad headache. The walls were very thin. The up stairs guest was up all night talking very loud with his TV on. The doors were not insulted and drafty. You could see the light come through the side and threshold. I heard people walking up and down the stairs, sirens, traffic, honking all night as if I was sleeping outside. ||||We found cockroaches crawling in the bathroom and walls!!!! We made sure our luggages were closed and even bought large garbage bags to tie our luggages up. The caulking in the Bathroom was disgusting. Several layers and different sizes. There were a lot of old stains. The table was full of dust. ||||Not too sure what was going on, but the ambulance took someone who was loitering out side of our door to the hospital at 4am in the morning as we were getting ready to catch our flight. Thankfully they left before we needed too. The exit and entry of the parking lot only fits one car coming in or out. ||||My night was pretty much RESTLESS! I did sleep like a baby on the plan so our flight to Hawaii was short. That was the only good thing to say, if that even counts.||||I would much rather sleep at the airport or my rental car than...
