Don’t look at the 5 stars with no reason or no why they gave 5 stars! They are probably from frind and staffs. Some could be from ladies on dates who enjoyed a free meal and win and if it is free, it is always good no mater what you get! Now my honest review: I am an avid travel and have been in 33 countries and 228 major cities all around the world, Have dined in fancy 5 star hotels and Michelin rated restaurants. So my opinion is based on honest experiences and knowledge of how a restaurant should serve their guests. We just were looking for a place to have dinner. We ended up getting a table at Melanie wine bar, not the best table but it was ok! As we sat down I noticed a strong cold air blowing from the vents in the ceiling. As the temperature outside was 67 degrees and all the windows in the front of the restaurant was open, I started to feel cold and uncomfortable. I even put my jacket on to remedy the situation. However the cold air from the vent was blowing so hard on my head that I started felling the chill! I got attention of a young men who seemed to be the hostess and also server, but he rushed by me and said just a minute. I waited and waited but he never came by and just kept passing me without stopping by. So I called him again and told him about the issue with the cold air from the AC. He walked away and seemed to be adjusting the temperature on the control unit. To my surprise the cold air continued to flow out of the vent as before. It got so cold inside the restaurant that I noticed everyone putting on their jacket. Seeing no change this time I asked our server to adjust the temperature on the AC. She brought this to the attention of the young men who I asked originally. To my surprise he dismissed the server request and stood near my table and mouthed something that I could not hear at all. I told him, sorry I can’t hear, can you come closer. He got closer and said to me. I can’t do anything about you being cold. I said evidently everyone else is cold because they are all putting their jackets on. He replied, well no one else is complaining! And he walked away! Such care for their guest, they don’t care! Now the food, it was ok, but the quantity was more like kids meal. I ordered see food linguine and the amount of food I got was enough for small child an I am not a big eater with big appetite! A little linguine in the middle of large plat and could not see and sea food in it, because they had cut the sea food is such tiny pieces. The entire food did not contain more than one piece of scallop chopped in tiny pieces. Prices are also high in $40 range for pasta dishes! I would not recommend this place because the staff do not care about the guests comfort and food is just ok. The place is small and cramp. Tables so small there are no room for your food and drinks at the same time. There are many other good restaurants you can spend your hard earned money, and be appreciated for...
Read moreI was visiting from out of town for a business conference and needed a quality dining option with great ambiance — this restaurant exceeded all expectations.
On my first night, Derek, the general manager, went above and beyond to squeeze us in on a fully booked evening. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and top-tier hospitality made us feel like valued guests. Our server Anastasia and her team curated an incredible four-course menu, guiding us through each dish with knowledge and care. The food was outstanding and the service flawless.
The experience was so memorable that we returned the next evening with a business partner. Once again, Derek and his team graciously found us a table despite the restaurant being fully booked. This time, they curated a wine tasting experience for us, including their sommelier providing a unique selection of wines that elevated the meal even further.
Both evenings were nothing short of spectacular. The combination of exceptional service, thoughtful food, and welcoming atmosphere makes this one of the best dining experiences I’ve had anywhere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area — whether for business or pleasure, you will leave impressed and...

This discerning restaurant has a focal point for wines and serves an excellent atmosphere to grab a glass and some small bites to accompany. The menu does include some entree items, but the list is modest. Otherwise, this casualness to dining is an excellent alternative and choice.
Right from the start the service is excellent. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic with little pretentiousness.
Like any good wine-focused restaurant/bar, the wine list will change. The staff is knowledgeable, and the list gears toward drinkable wines from various regions to offer folks a good variety. Just don't expect to be all-encompassing.
The pours seem to be on the mark, and not so deep. On the other hand, the pricing is steeper and a bit higher on the mark for the bottles they...
