Great experience here. Always like the Adler aesthetic. Found an awesome pendant light. The guy working there (Gerard Marin) was very helpful. We asked him to follow up with us later after we measured things at home. He followed up to help us place the order.

The light arrive damaged (fault of UPS) - but Gerard and general manager (Tav Kaekul) handled it remarkable. Honestly was surprised how responsive they were. Took care of it immediately…placed a new replacement order…and even personally came to my home to collect the broken light (I live in LA where the store is - but still surprising).

Michael did an incredible job making my shopping experience at Jonathan Adler a delightful one. I took my sweet time making up my mind on which accent chair I wanted. Michael was patient in answering my questions and following up with me. In these challenging times during the pandemic when there is a shortage of skilled talent in retail, I’m super impressed by the quality of the customer service provided by this store’s team members. Kudos to the team! I’m a happy customer. Can’t wait to see my Ether swivel chair when it arrives in a few weeks!...

Worst customer service ever. I walked in the girl at the counter looked at me and looked away without greeting me back after I initiated the greeting. While walking around 2 of the sales reps looked at me and completely ignored me. It wasn't busy at all.
