Horrible Experience, Bad Employees & Management

I walked in there and David helped me. He showed the flowers that I wanted and pointed one to me with 28.8 % THC and it was called Banzai. He told me it was a very good Sativa and I would like it. I paid cash and as soon as I paid it was the biggest mistake of my life. I walk out of the store and got into my car and saw it was not the flower I picked originally is was something else with 20 % THC. I go back to the store and I talk to David and the manager and she was high on the job ( very unprofessional ) and they told me that he there is no exchange or refunds. If I paid credit card or debit card I would dispute it and not be responsible for paying it. PEOPLE BUY FLOWER OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU BUY ON CARD SO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM OR THEY SCREWED YOU, YOU CAN DISPUTE IT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I LEARNED IT THE HARD WAY. Went in and found a beautiful Guava #2 strain that was light green, somewhat fluffy looking buds covered in white crystals. So i left after being told most of the staff purchased this specific strain as well and loved it. What i got were extremely dense very dark green nearly brown nugs with NO crystallization period.
