Unacceptable Service at Double RL Store
On December 13, between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM, I visited the Double RL store located at 8150 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046, following the instructions from the Ralph Lauren website to return an item. Initially, everything was fine until the salesperson, Rockie (or Rocky), was unable to find the UPC or SKU of the product. She threw the items on the counter in a disrespectful manner, insinuating that I had not purchased them from Ralph Lauren.
I brought the items neatly folded, and even if I had not purchased them from Ralph Lauren, such behavior is unacceptable at a brand like Double RL—or any store, for that matter. After checking again, she realized her mistake but continued to act rudely and unprofessionally.

Read moreToday is the last time i step foot inside this store. Went in a few months ago and was met with 3 people chatting around the register, i was never greeted, acknowledged or even looked at they were too busy just talking amongst themselves. That day left a very bad taste in my mouth but alas i gave them one more chance today. I thought maybe it was just an off day but nope i was wrong to expect anything else. Different staff same problem. They don't speak to you, ask you questions, nothing at all. I asked one of the staff what the metal was used for the wallet chain and he had no answers, i asked if it would tarnish and yet again no answers. How do you work somewhere and know nothing about the product. For the price people spend here you would think they would try help in any way but i may as well of googled it myself. Whoever is in charge of hiring needs to really take a look in the mirror because their store is one of the most unpleasant experiences...
