Disrespectful and discriminatory place. The lady who took my urine sample was very rude for no reason. I arrived early and checked in on tablet myself and asked what paper they need to start taking my urine sample for the drug test. The lady asked for registration number while I was still looking on my pharmacy school website she asked me to go and type my ssn to check and when she didnât find any information for me, she start laughing and discriminated me infront of everyone there âoh she had no information. â I was still looking at the school website to find it, she said:âhey can u focus here and write ur ssn againâ I retype it and she told me itâs probably wrong ssn because u are not focus. While I was focusing and searching my phone for the school website to get her the number. I found it in my school and gave it to her. She still was mad and give me attitude for no reason.
I paid there to get service. And as I am in medical field first thing we learn is to be respectful for patient and coworker which I didnât see at all. And while I was handling her the urine sample and she start to write on it my name and asked my initial, I asked to wash my hand first to take the pen and write my initial, she said (no obviously you canât because I will get confused with other urine samples.) which doesnât make sense at all. The table was clean no other samples there and my hand is not clean to touch the pen. Then she said:( what if I have problem with you or confused the urine sample with others so hold on). Which is obviously she do have a problem with me and still not sure why. In brief, was very unprofessional, disrespectful and...
Read moreAVOID this laboratory as much as POSSIBLE!!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MEDICAL ASSISTANCES. YOU CANT BLAME THEM REALLY IT LOOKS LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOB FROM ALL THE CRYING CHILDREN GETTING BLOOD DRAWN. I HAD A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE THERE. I WAS SENT THERE FROM MY FUTURE EMPLOYER TO GET A PEE DRUG TEST. THE M.A'S WERE BANGING ON THE RESTROOM DOOR WHEN I HADNT EVEN BEEN IN THERE 2 MINS. "I GUESS THAT'S THEIR POLICY". WHEN I OPEN THE DOOR BOTH M.A'S START ATTACKING ME VERBALLY BECAUSE THEY SAID I OPEN THE HEAVY DOOR TOO HARD. SO THEY TAKE ME INTO ANOTHER ROOM WITH MY PEE CUP WHILE THEY'RE STILL BARKING AT ME LIKE DOGS SO MY FIANCE TRIES TO ENTER THE ROOM TO SEE WHAT ALL THE FUSS IS ABOUT AND THEY SLAM ANOTHER HEAVY DOOR ON HIS FRACTURED FOOT. ONCE IN THAT ROOM WITH THE DOOR SHUT THE OVER WEIGHT LATINA M.A TELLS ME THAT SHE CAN PURPOSELY FAIL MY TEST "APPARENTLY SHE DIDN'T LIKE MY RESPONSE TO HER RUDENESS" SO AS IM SIGNING AWAY 3 FORMS OF PAPERS WITHOUT EVEN READING THEM BECAUSE THIS WOMAN IS MAKING ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE THEN HIPSTER MALE M.A RUDELY AND SARCASTICALLY STARTS SAYING A PRAYER FOR ME. Omg never in my life have I been treated this way as a patient in a doc's office. If I would of known the way that office is run by rude customer service I would have drove the extra miles for a different laboratory. As for my fiance's foot they're lucky we're not pressing charges on them for damaging his foot all over again. STAY AWAY FROM THAT...
Read moreI usually donât write reviews, but I feel itâs important to share my experience at this lab. The check-in system was very effective and efficient. The process was smooth and quick, and the two medical assistants at the front desk were welcoming and friendly, which I greatly appreciated. However, that positive first impression was overshadowed by the poor attitude and lack of respect I encountered afterward.
Unfortunately, I dealt with Aurora, who was extremely arrogant and dismissive when I asked questions instead of showing patience or professionalism, she made me feel as though I was bothering her.
I am a healthcare professional myself and this is in no way acceptable in a healthcare setting. Compassion and respect are just as important as medical treatment, and sadly that was missing during my visit. People come in already feeling vulnerable, and the last thing they need is to be treated rudely.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff attitude and patient care. A little kindness and professionalism can make a...
