They have the latest and best equipment and by far have the fairest prices in the whole area. I highly recommend you don't cheap yourself out and try to record and engineer your own music. I've tried that, and the difference in quality to the studio made me never record music at home ever again. Lion Share Recording Studios is by far the best recording studio in Los Angeles. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and the hospitality is truly unmatched. Both the A and B rooms offer unique vibes that can inspire creativity and help bring out your best work.

The gear is top-notch—you can accomplish anything sonically, whether you’re recording a full choir, drums, vocals, or working on mixing and mastering. Their mic selection and outboard gear are some of my personal favorites, especially paired with their API and classic SSL consoles.
