A unique bakery with tasty treats that won't break your wallet.

Found this bakery strolling through Little Tokyo. Notice typical sweet treats such as soft serve ice cream and various cakes. Yet they also serve unique snacks such as the "steam buns."

The Steam Buns are worth a try. I tried the bun with the sausage filling and it was great. Unique snack that pairs well on a windy cold day. The bun aspect of the snack also felt light and not heavy like typical bread products. The Steam Buns run between $3-4. They are snack and if you looking for something more filling then I suggest you look elsewhere.

No complaints with regards to the other sweets. The ice cream was on point and so was the strawberry roll cake. The strawberry roll cake tasted delicious and light. Fresh strawberries were a plus. Although there was a line during our visit, service was rather fast and friendly.

I recommend visiting this bakery when you visit the Village in...

Nice bakery, bought some bean buns for a friend. Line gets long but that's okay cause the stuff is good here.

(incident happened last week) HOWEVER as me and my boyfriend were selecting a Ramune drink, one of the Cashiers were free to take the next customer but decided to as a joke to get on their knees and kneel under the register/table to hide to seem as if the register was empty. The customer came over to the 'empty' register and was confused because the precious casier redirected them over

Now obviously workplaces shouldn't be too serious and they should have fun which I get, but if you're handling food I don't think you should be on your knees and hands giggling while there's an obviously confused customer is kind of funky. My boyfriend and I just stare at eachother like ?...

Yamazaki Bakery is the best around town.

I have always visited this Yamazaki Bakery to eat bread and differing arranged stock. I really love basically hanging in here drinking some espresso with a bread as a touch of knowing the past.

Yamazaki Bakery have for every circumstance crisp and hot breads and warmed stock typical. They are wonderful and I worship them. Best bakeshop around the area. They keep the espresso normal and clear yet regardless of all that I like it.

The place is in addition stunning. The scene and the aroma. It truly removes up you when you go there. The place is in like way reasonable and smooth. The staffs were amazing. They were reasonable and fulfilling. As anybody may expect for a bakeshop.

5 stars for Yamazaki Bakery. Will truly prescribe this bakeshop to...

It’s affordable price, but also they are smaller size (I like it though!) They do have a lot of choices. I like to eat small but different kinds, so it was heaven for me. Hotdog roll was very tasty. Fruit cream sandwich was good, but I’m not a big fan of butter cream. I’m not sure about matcha tiramisu. It tastes like they use wrong type of cream and very buttery. You usually expect light and slightly cheesy fresh cream, not heavy and buttery cream for tiramisu. However, it has nice matcha flavor. NY cheesecake was disappointing a little too. I expect more dense cream cheese for NY cheesecake, but this one was also buttery somehow. Maybe these are type of Japanese dessert.

This Japanese bakery has so many delicious pastries as well as fresh baked breads. I got the corn mayo bread which was a savory and soft bread filled with tangy mayo and sweet corn. It was the perfect balance and reminded me of cornbread if it was deconstructed. The green tea roll cake was pillowy soft and had a nice cream intertwined between layers of spongy cake. We also got some red bean as well as pork buns. These were incredible! So soft on the outside and mildly sweet bread, and the inside is filled with excellent flavors. This is an excellent bakery in Little Tokyo.
