The owner Kris literally spent more than 4 HOURS assessing my skin, and shared her knowledge about how cosmetic procedures work at Polaris- that there are several types of laser facial treatments & facials and since each designed to address different skin concerns, she took her time to explain all the mechanisms and science behind the technologies. She just didn’t tell me what to get done, instead, she explained WHY and helped me making informed choices. Plus, she is very transparent about the pricing, and the service menu is clear & concise.
