Listen, I’ve had a lot of different meats from many different butcher shop- but if you’re looking the best-in-class Korean BBQ for excellent prices, look no further. This place has not only the best meats (they changed their Management so different owners and new flavors), but also the best customer service that I’d received in any establishment.

Let’s start with the three meats that I purchased: 3.5lbs of bone-in Galbi for $60, 2lbs of bulgogi for $30, and 2lbs of marinated jumuluk (this was all high-quality rib meat, by the way), for $35. All in all, the flavors were outstanding. The texture was truly unbelievable. I couldn’t believe the quality that I received at the prices that I paid. The flavors were so clean, yet so addicting and the textures complemented the flavors so beautifully. This location ruined all other meats for me, because I’ll be grilling up my own KBBQ at home from now on.

I also noticed that the reviews below are for the FORMER management, who I heard was a pretty bad dude, but the new owner is probably one of the nicest people that l’ve met. He is so passionate about his meats, and extremely knowledgeable. He’s also a former sushi chef, which shows through the beautiful presentations of his products, and I highly recommend stopping by for their dumplings and side-dishes as well. It’s a one-stop shop for the KBBQ brisket sauce, salads, kimchi and more. You won’t need to go anywhere else. 10/10 quality, taste...

The owner family are very very kind. They also accept SNAP EBT card food stamp ! You can cook Korean BBQ at home, much cheaper and safer than KBBQ restaurants :) 신선정육점 강력히 추천합니다 !! 한타 고깃집에서만 주로 팔고 마켓에는 잘 없는 항정살도 팔고 , 대패삼겹살도 선물하기 좋게 너무 예쁘게 포장 되어있네요 (기름 너무 많은 부위는 다 직접 자르신다고 합니다) EBT 카드도 (저소득층 정부 지원 SNAP EBT 푸드 스탬프 카드) 받으신다고 합니다 :) 집에서 안전하고 저렴하게 코리안바베큐를 해드시는것 어떠세요?

Quality meat (“fresh” as their store name) & friendly couple owners ! 정육점 사장님이 올초에 바뀌셨는데 너무 친절하고 잘해주시네요 감사합니다. 이집 벌집삼겹살을 에어프라이어에 올리브오일이랑 허브 올려 요리 해봤는데 웬만한 음식점 저리가라 할정도로 맛있었어요~ 😋 If you don’t want to spend too much for Korean BBQ, just cook at home & it is just as good as restaurant dishes, yet much more affordable + freshness approved This butcher store is open for Christmas this year , which is awesome.

They also sell handmade frozen dumplings (easy to cook at home) , smoked ducks, lamb meats, and bulgogi & marinated kalbi, homemade kimchi as well. Since it’s still pandemic, you can cook delicious Korean bbq safe at home with your family or even for 1~2 people.

직접 만드는 손만두 간장게장 ! 도 파시고 훈제오리도 팔아요 요즘 인플레이션때문 고기값이 오르고 레스토랑이 다 비싸서 이렇게 한인타운 정육점에서 간편히 사다가 요리하는게 절약하는 비법인것같습니다. 고기를 원하는 만큼만 드시는 운동하시거나 다이어트하시는 분들이나 독감이나 코로나로 아프셔서 혹은 몸이 불편하셔서 집밖을 나오기어려운분들이 생각나시면 이번 주말 / 휴일에 고기나 만두 간장게장 훈제오리 김치 등을 선물 하시는게 어떠세요?

This has been a family favorite tradition for Sunday dinners. Great quality galbi and yummy kimchi pork mandu. Great Korean bbq for home feasts you and your group (friends or fam) will love!

Only downside is parking but parking in Ktown is generally tough so try non peak hours and save yourself the hassle of sharking...
