Good luck if your staying here✌️
Homeless encampment/hangout that’s been there for years across the street. And one more just around the corner. They’re not going anywhere as that hotel across the street is a homeless safe space. Drug dealing.. prostitution.. homeless acting out from fentanyl… robberies.. are all things you’ll have to be around outside the front door. Paper thin ceilings. Hope you love hearing foot steps. Security ain’t really security if their laptops are being stolen in the front lobby. Garage theft exists and their cameras are no good. Had totes stolen from my parking spot. Tiny units. You’ll get more space at same price elsewhere. Guests will park in your parking spot if you’re not parked because guest spots are limited and normally used by people’s 2nd car. So have fun trying to park in your own parking spot. But don’t worry, you’ll see the same 2nd cars being parked in guests spots constantly. They evict a lot and have a high tenant turnover so hope your unit didn’t get messed with as their unit inspections are weak. Found out the person before us got evicted and it just happens that our toilet got backed up with sewage coming out.
There is more but I’ll just let you find...
Read moreApartments themselves are decent but small for the price for the area. Maintenance and housekeeping are good. Management staff and security are always nowhere to be found but you can text them if you need anything which feels unprofessional at best. They’re only responsive when they are trying to get a lease from you. Security is always falling asleep at the desk and one of the leasing staff members gives the vibe that they don’t care about anyone or their job. Any important information regarding the community that needs to be conveyed (like the package locker system that we are required to register for and have to PAY for their services?) does not get conveyed. Packages are a mess in the mail space so you’re encouraged to pay more than necessary to ensure your packages are safe. Overall terrible communication from the staff. Upon move in, you’re just given access to the app that has your door codes and your garage opener and make sure you know how to navigate to the payment page, nothing else. Not even a walkthrough sheet to document your apartment and wear and tear....
