UpKeep Maintenance Management — Local services in Los Angeles

Very disappointed and let down.

I moved over from Maintain x (which is their competitive) based on a assurance that they would match what i was getting there (in terms of basic functionality)

Unfortunately while they offer many additional features (which was the appeal for me) I found them to be riddled with bugs leaving many of them useless and often counter productive.

After nearly 5 months on their platform, paying for many more seats then I was using (and assured by their team I would be refunded) it came clear that they were not able to provide the promised functionality and fix the bugs, giving me no choice but to revert back to my previous platform.

They then went back on their word to refund me for the many months with the inactive seats and unresponsive platform riddled with issues.

I am very Happy with the Maintain X and having now tired and tested both platforms thoroughly( MX for 3 years now) I can strongly suggest you don't waste your time...
