I stopped by this place since it's close to Westfield mall and less than 10 mins drive. There is meter parking in the front during non-peak times/dates, but not sure where to park during rush hours. The first impression when entering the door is that the decorations seem a bit off and simple/basic, not invested; maybe most people don't come here to dine in or sit and only grab and go or deliver.

I did not take a pic of my poke bowl since it is decorated well. Would say the flavor and ingredients were ok and need to maintain to keep it fresh for the salmon/tuna; if not, it will ruin the whole thing.

In general, everything from food to customer service was 7.5/10.

Suggestions for owners/managers who might have concerns: To make it more worth it with the prices, I highly recommend organizing a bit, and I think it will help more with the business. Instead of the hand-written menu, which is cute, it will be more attractive and professional to have a digital menu with pics so people can see different options. To make it easier, put some stickers with steps/instructions/how many scooped, etc., in the mirrors where you place the food so people can see it right on their faces instead of looking up and down. I know it chooses right here and there, but it's hard for newcomers to experience it smoothly.

I hope it helps, and it's my perspective and constructive feedback to wish you to improve the business more...

This is by far the best poké place I've ever been in. The fish is always fresh and delicious, and the portions are tremendous. They give you double the amount of any other poké place. Free avocado, again double portion sized. Great sauces and toppings available including seaweed salad and tamago. After they make your bowl they have a topping bar where you can add all the jalapeno, ginger, green onion, crispy onions and garlic along with furinake. It's great to be able to control your toppings everytime! They have free infused water available as well. Lemme just say that I always get the large bowl and I get the salad instead of the rice or else I'll be way too full. Trust me when I say this is a must if your anywhere in the area and love poké. For an extra treat get it to go and go eat on the subway starbucks patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean. If not, enjoy the dining room at poké me, the friendly staff makes you feel welcome avd...

Pokeme used to be my go to poke spot for delivery. quick, decently priced and LOADS of toppings including free avocado. Over the past few years things have slowly begun to deteriorate. Nothing drastic, nothing too noticeable - a topping going off the menu here, a charge for a previously free item there. almost as if they have a 5 year plan to charge you 20 dollars for a bowl of overcooked white rice with the FISH being extra. Today was a different story, today they broke me. Severely under sauced, The only toppings they had were cucumber and pineapple - and I got TWO pieces of each in my bowl. if I wanted dry fish on top of mushy rice balls, id go down to the fish mahket and find me a nice feesh wife, and she’s Prbly PAY ME to eat...

Delicious, fresh food customized to your order. The guy behind the counter was super nice about answering all my questions the first time I visited. The miso soup is tasty and you can add seaweed to it if you like. The medium bowl includes your choice of 3 proteins and unlimited mix-ins, sauces, and toppings. It was extremely filling as a meal, especially when I chose edamame and crabmeat as my 2 sides. Maybe next time I’ll choose the small bowl instead. The sweet strawberry green tea was very sweet and includes your choice of popping boba pearls. I typically don’t like popping boba, but these actually tasted quite nice in my drink. You can give them your name and phone number to get texts for freebies when you earn loyalty points.

I found their food organization a bit confusing… shrimp/octopus were on the sides not the protein section ($3 additional if you wanted those options). As it is I found the price ($17.07 2 proteins bowl no drink) vs. amount you get to be on the expensive side for the quality you get. I noticed the containers in the older pictures looked bigger and the quality appears to be better. The bathroom were super dirty to be a restaurant. The floors looked like they could you a cleaning. I was told there is street parking, or park behind or at Walgreens (about an5 mins walk). Do not park in parking structure next door, they charge $3.50 every 12 minutes.
