Very bad experience for me and my daughter. First, my dress was not given to me the day they have told me, “a month before”. Therefor I had to change the photo shoot. SECOND, the dress was in another store across the street from them for 1000 DOLLARS LESS I tried talking to the owner and he brought up that “ I HAD SIGN A CONTRACT” implying that even if it was 1000 dollars less at that store across the street, Anitas that I had already sign and that’s what it was for us. I was very disappointed. The bouquet was not the same color they did not had enough inventory to match it. Crowns, I asked if they had any other ones they told me they only had the ones on display which was a lie because the storage door was open and we were able to see they had many back there they just refused to help. By the way the dress we choose was 3000 dollars and they did not steam it. I had to pay and I xtra 200 dollars to steam it. When we purchase it they told us it was their design and only they had it. I’ll upload pictures from the store across the street that had that same dress for 2000 with crown and bouquet and that thing that goes under the dress. The owner was not professional he refused even to give any discount. I wound buy from them anymore and regret buying from them. Please lady’s look everywhere before you purchase a dress you will find it cheaper...

Upon stumbling into this beautiful dress shop, my daughter was optimistic about finding her dream dress for her quince and no other place had what she was looking for until we came here. This dress shop has unique and one of a kind pieces. Jackie was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable during the complete process of buying this dress from the very beginning and made it such a breeze. Any issue that arrised or questions I was concerned about as a first time quince mom she was there helping us along the way, even when it came to making adjustments to suit my daughters needs, she was happily able to fix and answer all my questions. Also Diana was a rockstar putting on my daughters dress and made me feel so comfortable knowing she was in great hands. Also amazing with all her knowledge and experience, she even gave me some ideas. What amazing customer service, packages, and so much more this staff has. They definitely know what they are doing! My family had placed an order 6 months before my sisters 15 and while the staff was friendly and the dresses were beautiful they could not stick to a written contract. We have a contract stating that the dress will be here ONE WHOLE MONTH BEFORE the 15 and it hasn’t arrived even though the 15 is less than a month away. We are calling to get an update and they never respond or even call back. We have called numerous times and through multiple phone numbers and every time they never call back. The woman that helped my sister said that she would really appreciate a good review but now we are starting to regret it. This shop not sticking to a WRITTEN CONTRACT has affected our ability to practice and we have had to cancel multiple photo shoot times because they could NOT stick to a contract. We will definitely not be back and would really appreciate if we could get a discount for our troubles since we have canceled multiple photo shoots and the stress that they have caused for not being able to stick to a contract that both the store...
